Abstract: An array substrate, a method of manufacturing the same, and a display device are provided. In the array substrate of the present disclosure, the gate cutout is formed in the area where the gate line intersects the data line. The array substrate can reduce the coupling capacitance between the data line and the gate line. When the gate cutout extends beyond the area between the first thin film transistor and the second thin film transistor, the mutual interference between two thin film transistors of each pixel region can be further reduced.

Abstract: A touch-sensitive device comprises: a touch-sensing carrier panel; a driving signal line and a inductive signal line; a touch-sensitive circuit connected with the driving signal line and the inductive signal line; an array of first electrodes and an array of second electrodes located on the touch-sensing carrier panel; a first switch having an end connected to the array of the first electrodes and the other end connected to the corresponding driving signal line and the corresponding inductive signal line; and a second switch having an end connected to the array of the second electrodes and the other end connected to the corresponding driving signal line and the corresponding inductive signal line, wherein each of the first switch and the second switch is adapted to switch between a respective driving signal line and a respective inductive signal line such that the array of first electrodes is connected with one of the driving signal line and the inductive signal line and the array of second electrodes is connected with the other one of the driving signal line and the inductive signal line. The present disclosure also provides a method for driving the above touch-sensitive device. The present invention may perform the signal conversion by switches such that the first electrodes and the second electrodes are switched between the connections to the inductive signal lines and the connections to the driving signal lines by performing signal switching by switches, so as to achieve the double side touch sensing.

Abstract: An electrostatic protection circuit, a display panel, and a display apparatus are disclosed. The electrostatic protection circuit comprises a switch control unit, a first electrostatic storage unit configured to store charges, and a second electrostatic storage unit configured to store charges, wherein the first electrostatic storage unit has a first terminal connected to a driving line and a second terminal connected to the switch control unit, and the second electrostatic storage unit has a first terminal connected to the switch control unit and a second terminal connected to a common electrode trace. With the first electrostatic storage unit connected to the driving line and the second electrostatic storage unit connected to the common electrode trace, the electrostatic protection circuit, the display panel, and the display apparatus according to the present disclosure can prevent leakage current on the driving line from flowing into the common electrode trace or prevent leakage current on the common electrode trace from flowing into the driving line after the switch control unit is switched off, which otherwise causes voltage fluctuation on the driving line or the common electrode trace thereby affecting the display quality.

Abstract: A method for fabricating a flexible display device is provided. The method comprises: attaching a first flexible substrate of the flexible display device onto a conductive adhesive layer, wherein the conductive adhesive layer is disposed on a conductive rigid substrate; fabricating other parts of the flexible display device on the first flexible substrate; aging the conductive adhesive layer; peeling off the flexible substrate from the conductive rigid substrate so as to obtain the flexible display device.

Abstract: An array substrate and a display device. The array substrate comprises a common electrode line, a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines which intersect with each other, and pixel units defined by neighboring in gate lines. A storage electrode line is provided, so that storage capacitance between the storage electrode line and the pixel electrode can compensate storage capacitance formed between the common electrode and the pixel electrode. The ability of charge retention of the pixel electrode can be increased, so that voltage of the pixel electrode is constant during display period of a frame, and the display effect of a picture is ensured.

The OLED display device overcomes the problem of non-uniform display lightness which is caused by the high transmission resistance and high IR drop of metal electrodes of OLED display devices.
