Abstract: A touch panel, a method for fabricating the same, and a display device are provided. The touch panel includes: a base substrate, a plurality of touch electrode lines, a plurality of cathodes arranged in a matrix, and a plurality of spacers, where each cathode corresponds to at least one of the touch electrode lines, and each spacer includes a first photo spacer and a second photo spacer stacked successively; each touch electrode line includes a first lead part and a second lead part, wherein the first lead part is electrically connected with corresponding one of the cathodes, and the second lead part is configured to electrically connect the first lead part with a corresponding pin on a touch integrated circuit; and the first lead part at least covers the surface of the first photo spacer.

Abstract: A micro light emitting diode (micro LED) apparatus. The plurality of microcavities include a first microcavity having a first optical path length and a second microcavity having a second optical path length different from the first optical path length. The first microcavity is configured to allow a light of a first color to transmit there-through. The second microcavity is configured to allow a light of a second color to transmit there-through.

Abstract: A detection chip, a method of using a detection chip and a reaction system are provided. The detection chip includes a first substrate, a micro-chamber definition layer and a heating electrode. The micro-chamber definition layer is located on the first substrate and defines a plurality of micro-reaction chambers. The heating electrode is located on the first substrate and closer to the first substrate than the micro-chamber definition layer, and configured to release heat after being energized. The heating electrode includes a plurality of sub-electrodes, orthographic projections of the plurality of micro-reaction chambers on the first substrate overlap with orthographic projections of at least two of the plurality of sub-electrodes on the first substrate, and the at least two of the plurality of sub-electrodes have different heating values per unit time after being energized.
