摘要: A treating section has substrate treatment lines arranged one over the other for treating substrates while transporting the substrates substantially horizontally. An IF section transports the substrates fed from each substrate treatment line to an exposing machine provided separately from this apparatus. The substrates are transported to the exposing machine in the order in which the substrates are loaded into the treating section. The throughput of this apparatus can be improved greatly, without increasing the footprint, since the substrate treatment lines are arranged one over the other. Each substrate can be controlled easily since the order of the substrates transported to the exposing machine is in agreement with the order of the substrates loaded into the treating section.

摘要: An image pick-up means mounted in the motor vehicle picks up a side direction of a driver's own vehicle. An approaching object detecting means detects an approaching degree of an approaching object which approaches his own vehicle from a side direction road crossing his own vehicle on the basis of two images picked up at two timings apart by a prescribed interval by the image pick-up means. A danger decision means decides a danger on the basis of the approaching degree. In such a configuration, a side-monitoring apparatus for a motor vehicle can accurately know the danger of collision with the object approaching from the side direction road.

摘要: In a danger deciding means for a vehicle, information which changes according to the road structure around a vehicle concerned is acquired. When a plurality of images obtained by picking up different monitoring regions are received, on the basis of the acquired information, the image of the region which must be monitored is selected from the plurality of images. The selected image is processed to detect the approaching degree of an approaching object. On basis of the approaching degree, danger of contact or collision with the approaching object is decided.

摘要: In a vehicle laser radar system capable of performing both distance measurements and information communication, only one laser diode is required. A light beam output by a first light emitting section (10) is split and applied through an optical cable to a second light emitting section (14), so that the light beam thus split is emitted from the second light emitting section. A control unit places the laser diode in an operating state for a predetermined period of time, and, when the laser diode is in an operating state, chooses between distance measuring data or communicating data alternately, and causes the laser diode to emit a light pulse according to the data thus chosen.

摘要: A heat radiating type level sensor measurement of liquid level capable of preventing the errors in a case of sudden environmental temperature change, and accounting for the agitated motion of the liquid surface. The measured liquid level can be obtained as the steady state output voltage plus a difference between the initial output voltage for a present measurement and the initial output voltage for an immediately preceding measurement, with the difference multiplied by a predetermined constant. The measured liquid level for a present measurement can also be obtained as an arithmetic average of the steady state output voltage and a predetermined number of previous steady state output voltages within a prescribed range obtained by previous measurements, in a case the steady state output voltage derived at the deriving step is within the prescribed range, and as the measured liquid level obtained for an immediately preceding measurement, in a case the steady state output voltage derived at the deriving step is outside of the prescribed range.

摘要: A basket goal net characterized in that the net is formed from a plurality of netting cords of synthetic fiber, each of the netting cords comprising at least one chain yarn knitted on a Raschel machine and at least one inlay yarn, each two adjacent netting cords being joined together at a plurality of locations by Raschel knitting. The net has none of the sheet bends or like knots included in conventional goal nets and is therefore highly resistant to abrasion. Since the legs of the junctions of the netting cords will not be fully stretched, the net retains sufficient restoring proporties at all times, permitting the ball to pass therethrough at a reduced speed so that the passage of the ball can be recognized manifestly. When the cords are warp-knitted into an ingenious structure, the net has high anti-whipping properties. When further heat-treated, the net can be given perfect abrasion resistance, restoring properties and anti-whipping properties.

摘要: The present invention provides a technique for measuring the efficiency of components in a computer. An echo server is provided which comprises several units. A socket generation unit generates a receiving server socket on the basis of information on a correspondence between a plurality of components in a computer. And generates a client socket that is a dedicated socket inheriting information of the receiving server socket when data is transmitted. A stream acquisition unit acquires a transmission path for acquiring data transmitted and received between components. A thread generation unit generates a transmission path by coupling streams. A transfer execution unit transfers data acquired via a thread to an original destination component. Using these units, the technique monitors and running verifies behavior by observing data running on the network.
