    摘要: A solid-state image device is provided which has a semiconductor substrate, pixels A each containing a photoelectric conversion portion in which at least two PN junction parts are provide in a depth direction of the semiconductor substrate, pixels B each containing a photoelectric conversion portion in which at least one PN junction part is provided, first color filters provided above the pixels A, second color filters provided above the pixels B; and a detection mechanism for detecting a first color signal and a second color signal from the two PN junction parts of each of the pixels A and a third color signal from the PN junction part of each of the pixels B. According to the above solid-state image device, light can be more efficiently used than a color filter separation method, and superior color reproducibility to that of a three-well structure can be realized.

    摘要: A method for forming a coating film, comprises the steps of: applying a raw material of a low dielectric constant onto a surface of a plate-like material to be treated; reducing oxygen concentration in the atmosphere surrounding the plate-like material to be less than or equal to 1% before a surface temperature of said plate-like material to be treated rises to 200° C.; thereafter heating said plate-like material to be treated to a temperature greater than or equal to 400° C.; and then maintaining the oxygen content in the atmosphere to be less than or equal to 1% until the surface temperature of said plate-like material to be treated lowers to 200° C. The raw material is an organic SOG obtained by hydrolyzing and condensing at least one alkoxysilane compound expressed by the following equation (I) into an organic solvent under an acid catalyst, RnSi(OR1)4-n   (I) where R is an alkyl group or an aryl group having a carbon number of 1-4, R1is an alkyl group having a carbon number of 1-4, and n is an integer of 0-2.

    摘要: A suction chuck and an inner cup are rotated in unison with each other to spread a coating solution uniformly over a planar object in the inner cup under centrifugal forces. Vent holes defined in an outer cup lid which closes an outer cup are held out of communication with vent holes defined in a ring-shaped closure member, so that the interior space in the outer cup is kept out of communication with the exterior space around the outer cup. The concentration of a solvent in the outer cup remains so high that no mist is produced in the outer cup. After the planar object has been coated and before the outer cup lid is opened, the ring-shaped closure member is turned to align the vent holes in the outer cup lid with the vent holes in the ring-shaped closure member, breaking any vacuum in the outer cup with ambient air introduced through the vent holes into the outer cup. Thereafter, the outer and inner cup lids are opened, and the coated planar object is taken out.

    摘要: A vibration type driving device in which a piezoelectric element is interposed between a pair of blocks connected to each other by a rod, a part of the surface of the piezoelectric element being covered with an electrode. Application of high frequency voltage to the electrode causes resonance of vertical vibrations and bending vibrations, which is effective to generate elliptical movement of the end surface of the block. The electrode is divided into three or more sections, preferably into four sections. A change-over switch is provided for selecting the electrode sections to be energized in accordance with the direction of the driving force. This permits linear movement of an article in a desired direction.

    摘要: A solution applying apparatus has inner and outer cups each having an upper opening, the inner cup being rotatably disposed in the outer cup. The inner cup houses a planar workpiece such as a glass substrate therein which is to be coated with a coating solution such as a resist solution. The solution applying apparatus also has a lid assembly having an outer cup lid for closing the upper opening of the outer cup and an inner cup lid for closing the upper opening of the inner cup, the inner cup lid being rotatable with respect to the outer cup lid. The inner cup has drain holes defined in an outer circumferential portion thereof for providing communication between a space within the inner cup and a space outside of the inner cup to drain an excessive coating solution from the inner cup. The outer cup has an annular collection passage defined therein along the outer circumferential portion of the inner cup, the drain holes opening into the annular collection passage. The lid assembly includes a self-centering valve body that can be vertically movable into and out of snugly fitting relation to a through hole defined in the inner cup lid and a lost motion mechanism for moving the valve body to an open position thereof while the first and second cup lids remain closed and for opening the outer cup lid while the inner cup lid remains closed. After the workpiece has been coated with the coating solution, the valve body is lifted out of the through hole to smoothly eliminate a vacuum developed in the inner cup, and then the inner cup is opened.

    摘要: A hybrid vehicle for reducing a variation in accelerator position when an EV mode is switched to a HV mode is provided. A controller executes the following process during running in the EV mode. The controller sets an increase of the accelerator position from a first accelerator position to a switching accelerator position at which a switch to the HV mode is to be made as a first increase when an output of a motor has reached an output upper limit at the first accelerator position. The controller sets an increase of the accelerator position from a second accelerator position to the switching accelerator position as a second increase which is smaller than the first increase when the output of the motor has reached the output upper limit at the second accelerator position which is larger than the first accelerator position.
