A process for producing an aluminum alloy radiator is also provided which has improved adhesion between the radiator and the mold resin and can prevent cracking in a resin molded portion.The aluminum alloy radiator, for a plastic molded type semiconductor device, comprising an anodized aluminum-iron alloy having an iron content of 0.5 to 3.0% by weight or an anodized aluminum-silicon alloy having a silicon content of 0.5 to 3.5% by weight. The process for producing an aluminum alloy radiator for a plastic molded type semiconductor device, comprising the steps of: anodizing an aluminum alloy; and subjecting the anodized aluminum alloy to sealing, wherein the aluminum alloy radiator after the sealing is heat-treated at a temperature of 180 to 250.degree. A combustion apparatus in which combustible matter, e.g., waste matter, coal, etc., is gasified to produce a combustible gas containing a sufficiently large amount of combustible component to melt ash by its own heat. A fluidized-bed furnace has an approximately circular horizontal cross-sectional configuration. A moving bed, in which a fluidized medium settles and diffuses, is formed in the central portion of the furnace, and a fluidized bed, in which the fluidized medium is actively fluidized, is formed in a peripheral portion in the furnace. The fluidized medium is turned over to the upper part of the moving bed from the upper part of the fluidized bed, thus circulating through the two beds. Combustible matter is cast into the upper part of the moving bed and gasified to form a combustible gas while circulating, together with the fluidized medium. The amount of oxygen supplied to the fluidized-bed furnace is set so as to be not higher than 30% of the theoretical amount of oxygen necessary to combust the combustible matter. The temperature of the fluidized bed is maintained at 450.degree. C. to 650.degree. C. so that the combustible gas produced contains a large amount of combustible component.

Then, gaseous material and char produced in the fluidized-bed reactor are introduced into a high-temperature combustor, and gasified at a high temperature and ash content is converted into molten slag. A magnetic recording medium having excellent magnetic properties and a uniform recording envelope suitable for, in particular, high-density recording is obtained by packing a magnetic substance in the micro pores of anodic oxide film formed on an aluminum substrate by subjecting the same to an anodic oxidation treatment to produce an anodic oxide film having a thickness of at least 4 .mu.m. The recording medium can be improved by immersing the anodized aluminum substrate in an acid or alkali bath to chemically dissolve a part of the anodic oxide film, and thereby enlarge the micro pores in the anodic oxide film to a pore diameter in the range of 300 .ANG. to 1,400 .ANG., optionally applying an electric current to the aluminum substrate in the immersion bath if necessary to control the thickness of the barrier layer in the anodic oxide film, before subjecting the treated substrate to an electrolytic treatment in a bath containing ions of a magnetic substance to deposit the magnetic substance in the enlarged micro pores. Thereafter, the surface of the anodic oxide film, and any excess deposited magnetic material thereon, is physically ground to expose the packed magnetic substance at the surface of the film.
