    摘要: An aluminum or aluminum alloy radiator possessing high reliability and excellent heat dissipation is provided. A process for producing an aluminum alloy radiator is also provided which has improved adhesion between the radiator and the mold resin and can prevent cracking in a resin molded portion.The aluminum alloy radiator, for a plastic molded type semiconductor device, comprising an anodized aluminum-iron alloy having an iron content of 0.5 to 3.0% by weight or an anodized aluminum-silicon alloy having a silicon content of 0.5 to 3.5% by weight. The process for producing an aluminum alloy radiator for a plastic molded type semiconductor device, comprising the steps of: anodizing an aluminum alloy; and subjecting the anodized aluminum alloy to sealing, wherein the aluminum alloy radiator after the sealing is heat-treated at a temperature of 180 to 250.degree. C.

    摘要: An apparatus is presented for effectively sorting and disposing of waste. Waste is sorted into three or more groups enabling post treatment or reutilization of the sorted waste with less possibility of environmental contamination. The apparatus comprises mainly a drum having a plurality of screen means and a plurality of rotatable reducing means, each of the reducing means facing a corresponding screen means, respectively and being driven at a properly selected speed depending on the constituents of the waste and the mesh size of the opposing screen.

    摘要: A magnetic recording medium having excellent magnetic properties and a uniform recording envelope suitable for, in particular, high-density recording is obtained by packing a magnetic substance in the micro pores of anodic oxide film formed on an aluminum substrate by subjecting the same to an anodic oxidation treatment to produce an anodic oxide film having a thickness of at least 4 .mu.m. The recording medium can be improved by immersing the anodized aluminum substrate in an acid or alkali bath to chemically dissolve a part of the anodic oxide film, and thereby enlarge the micro pores in the anodic oxide film to a pore diameter in the range of 300 .ANG. to 1,400 .ANG., optionally applying an electric current to the aluminum substrate in the immersion bath if necessary to control the thickness of the barrier layer in the anodic oxide film, before subjecting the treated substrate to an electrolytic treatment in a bath containing ions of a magnetic substance to deposit the magnetic substance in the enlarged micro pores. Thereafter, the surface of the anodic oxide film, and any excess deposited magnetic material thereon, is physically ground to expose the packed magnetic substance at the surface of the film.
