Abstract: Briefly, in accordance with one or more embodiments, a base transceiver station such as an Enhanced Node B allocates a first bandwidth for operation with a first set of remote devices which may comprise user equipment (UE), and allocates at least one or more bandwidth segments outside of the first bandwidth for operation with a second set of remote devices which mug comprise user equipment (UE). Remote devices of the first set are capable of operating within the first bandwidth, and remote devices of the second set are capable of operating within the first bandwidth and within the bandwidth segments outside of the first bandwidth. The devices of the first set comprise legacy devices, and devices of the second set comprise advanced devices.

Abstract: A conjugated polymer containing isoindigo units is disclosed, which has the following structure: P: formula I; wherein, Ar is formula II, formula III or formula IV; R1 is a C8-C20 alkyl; R2 is a C1-C12 alkyl; n is an integer of 2-50. The conjugated polymer containing isoindigo units of this type has good solubility and film-forming property, as well as high thermal stability. HOMO and LUMO energy level are regulated effectively; the absorption range is broaden; and the energy conversion efficiency is greatly improved. A preparation method for the above conjugated polymer containing isoindigo units and use thereof in related fields are also provided.

Abstract: An organic electroluminescent device and a method of manufacture thereof are provided. The device comprises a conductive substrate, a hole-injecting layer, a light-emitting layer, and a cathode layer, which are stacked in order. The material of the hole-injecting layer is made of an acid-doped polyaniline. The polyaniline has good conductivity and high stability, and the polyaniline is suitable as the material of hole-injecting layer. The acid-doped polyaniline can significantly improve the solubility and conductivity. As a result of the acid-doped polyaniline as the hole-injecting layer, the light-emitting performance of the organic electroluminescent device is basically same as a traditional OLED, and the cost is lowered.
