    摘要: A method of preparing N,N-disubstituted 3,3′-dithiodipropionamide of formula (2) is provided. In the method, 3-mercaptopropi-onamide of formula (4) reacts with an aqueous solution of amine to prepare N-substituted-3-mercaptopropionamide of formula (3) and N-substituted-3-mercaptopropionamide reacts with an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide. In addition, a method of preparing substituted 3-isothiazolone is provided. In the method, the produced N,N-disubstituted-3,3′-dithiodipropionamide reacts with a halogenating agent, wherein X and Z are same or different and each selected from the group consisting of hydrogen or a lower alkyl group; Y is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, an alkyl group of 1 to 18 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group of up to 10 carbon atoms, an aralkyl group of up to 10 carbon atoms, an alkyl group of up to 10 carbon atoms, a halogen-, lower alkyl- or lower alkoxy-substituted aryl group, cyano alkyl group, a carboalkoxyalkyl group, a haloalkyl group, an alkoxyalkyl group, an aryloxyalkyl group of up to 12 carbon atoms, an aralkoxyalkyl group of up to 12 carbon atoms, a dialkylaminoalkyl group, an alkylacyl group of up to 8 carbon atoms, a lower alkylsulfonyl group, an arylsulfonyl group of up to 10 carbon atoms, a cyano group and a carbamoyl group.

    摘要: An electronic device configured for high throughput binarization mode is described. The electronic device includes a processor and instructions stored in memory that is in electronic communication with the processor. The electronic device obtains a block of transformed and quantized coefficients (TCQs). The electronic device determines whether a high throughput binarization mode condition is met. If the condition is met, the electronic device uses the high throughput binarization mode to process the block. If the condition is not met, the electronic device does not use the high throughput binarization mode to process the block. The electronic device transmits the generated first or second bitstream to a decoder.

    摘要: Measuring of an electro-optic coefficient and a thermo-optic coefficient of an optical device and an optical material, and more specifically, to measurement systems and methods of evaluating the electro-optic and thermo-optic coefficients by using interference fringe measurement techniques, wherein those optical characteristics can be precisely measured over a wide wavelength intended without using a complicated measuring equipment. The system for measuring an electro-optic coefficient includes: a light source for outputting an optical beam of multi-wavelengths, an optical interferometer including an optical beam splitter for dividing the optical beam received from the light source into two separate beams, a reference arm for receiving any one of the divided optical beams, a sample arm for receiving the other of the divided optical beams and applying a voltage to an optical sample to be measured by being connected to the optical sample, and an optical beam combiner for combining and mutually interfering optical beams that are output through the reference arm and the sample arm, and an optical spectrum analyzing device for receiving the mutually interfered optical beam from the optical interferometer and analyzing a spectrum of the mutually interfered optical beam.
