摘要： A power management system includes a plurality of electrical instruments and a power management apparatus. Each of the plurality of electrical instruments has at least one characteristic function and an arbitration function which is discriminated from the characteristic function and requires power arbitration. Each electrical instrument includes a plurality of operation algorithms having at least one characteristic function, operation levels respectively corresponding to the plurality of operation algorithms, power information for the respective operation levels, and power information of the arbitration function. The power management apparatus receives power rate information from a power provider, determines the operation levels of the plurality of electrical instruments and controls the electrical instruments to be driven at the determined operation levels. When an arbitration function selection signal is received from at least one of the electrical instruments while the electrical instruments are driven, the power management apparatus adjusts operation levels of other electrical instruments.

摘要： A power-supply circuit for a DC appliance includes an input unit including a first terminal and a second terminal so as to receive a DC current, an output unit including a third terminal to output the DC current entered by the input unit and a fourth terminal, a connection unit including a first conductive line and a second conductive line so as to interconnect the input unit and the output unit, a rectifier unit including first to fourth diodes coupled as a bridge diode format so as to rectify the input DC current in a predetermined direction, an inductor unit that is connected in series to the rectifier unit in such a manner that the input DC current is gradually increased from an abrupt change time point of the DC current, and a condenser unit that is connected in series to the inductor unit.

The electric power supply includes a low power supply unit configured to convert a voltage of an input alternating current (AC) power source and provide the converted voltage, a power storage unit configured to be charged by receiving the converted voltage from the low power supply unit and to provide the charged power as a standby power of the electric apparatus, a voltage detection unit configured to detect a level of voltage charged in the power storage unit, and a switch unit configured to allow the voltage of the low power supply unit to be supplied to the power storage unit, or to block the voltage of the low power supply unit from being supplied to the power storage unit according to the level of voltage charged in the power storage unit detected through the voltage detection unit.

摘要： A plug for a DC appliance includes an input unit including anode and cathode terminals, an output unit including anode and cathode terminals to allow a DC current input through the input unit to be output to an electric device, a connection unit to interconnect the input unit and the output unit, a rectifier unit coupled between anode and cathode terminals of the input unit to rectify the input DC current, an inductor unit connected in series to the rectifier unit so that an internal current of the plug is gradually increased in response to an increase of the input DC current, and a condenser unit connected in series to the inductor unit, which is charged with voltage in response to a current passing through the inductor unit, and discharges the charged voltage to the output unit when the input of the DC current from the input unit is interrupted.

摘要： A power management system includes a plurality of electrical instruments and a power management apparatus. Each of the plurality of electrical instruments has at least one characteristic function and an arbitration function which is discriminated from the characteristic function and requires power arbitration. 摘要： Disclosed herein is a polishing slurry for chemical mechanical polishing. The polishing slurry comprises polishing particles, which have a particle size distribution including separated fine and large polishing particle peaks. The polishing slurry also comprises polishing particles, which have a median size of 50-150 nm. The present invention provides the slurry having an optimum polishing particle size, in which the polishing particle size is controlled and which is useful to produce semiconductors having fine design rules by changing the production conditions of the slurry. The present invention also provides the polishing slurry and a method of producing the same, in which a desirable CMP removal rate is assured and scratches are suppressed by controlling a polishing particle size distribution, and a method of polishing a substrate.
