Abstract: A summarizer can be invoked by a user to summarize content. Once started, the summarizer can examine the content, determine a main body of the content, extract texts from the main body, concatenate the texts into a text block, and make a call to an artificial intelligence (AI) platform. The call can contain the text block and specify a user-configurable summarization range for summarizing the text block. The AI platform is operable to generate a sentiment of the text block and a summary of the text block in the summarization range and return them to the summarizer. The summarizer, in turn, can instruct an application on the user device to generate a window or page for displaying the sentiment and the summary in the summarization range on the user device, in real time and in context of the content that the user is viewing, reading, or listening.

Abstract: Responsive to a request from a user device, a content server may perform an electronic discovery function. The request may include information on a quantity of data objects desired from a collection of data objects stored in a repository. Objects stored in the repository may be managed by the content server. The content server may determine a number of batches and process the collection of data objects into batches, each having a batch size. An efficient selection process may be determined and utilized in selecting data objects from each of the batches such that a total number of data objects selected from the collection is not less than the quantity of data objects desired. The content server may make a disk image of the selected data objects and communicate same to the user device over a network.

Abstract: Embodiments provide for intelligent auto filing of documents to enterprise content management workspaces. One embodiment of a method includes receiving a document to auto file to a workspace of a content management system; detecting an indicator of an entity from the text of a document, the indicator of the entity corresponding to a value of a workspace attribute; determining a result set of candidate records based on querying a set of workspace data for workspaces with the workspace attribute value corresponding to the indicator; detecting mentions in the document text that match attribute values from the candidate records; generating a score for each candidate record based on the mentions detected in the text that match the attribute values from the candidate record; linking the document to an entity based on the scores for the candidate record; and automatically storing the document to a workspace based on the linking.

Abstract: Disclosed communication flow modeling solution is significantly streamlined in a user friendly way to shield users from the technical complexities usually required. At design time, an orchestration flow modeling application receives user instruction to open or create a communication flow modeling project. Per configuration specific to an enterprise associated with the user, a custom drag-and-drop communication flow modeling environment with a canvas and modeling entities is provided. Responsive to the user dragging and dropping a set of modeling entities from the menu onto the communication flow modeling canvas and drawing connections between them, the orchestration flow modeling application logically connects the modeling entities to form a valid communication flow and stores it in a database. The communication flow undergoes an approval process. Once approved, it is activated for execution by an orchestration server. The orchestration server automatically orchestrates services needed by the communication flow at runtime without user programming.
