Abstract: Embodiments as disclosed provide a distributed caching solution that improve the performance and functionality of a content management platform for sites that are physically or logically remote from the primary site of the content management platform. In particular, according to embodiments, a remote cache server may be associated with a remote site to store local copies of documents that are managed by the primary content management platform. Periodically, a portion of the remote site's cache may be synchronized with the content management platform's primary site using an extensible architecture to ensure that content at the remote cache server is current.

Abstract: A method includes analyzing, via a first capturing agent, packets processed in a first environment associated with a first host to yield first data. The method includes analyzing, via a second capturing agent, packets processed by a second environment associated with a second host to yield second data, collecting the first data and the second data at a collector to yield aggregated data, transmitting the aggregated data to an analysis engine which analyzes the aggregated data to yield an analysis. Based on the analysis, the method includes identifying first packet loss at the first environment and second packet loss at the second environment.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for determining a packet's round trip time (RTT) in a network. A system can receive information of a packet sent by a component of the network and further determine an expected acknowledgement (ACK) sequence number associated with the packet based upon received information of the packet. The system can receive information of a subsequent packet received by the component and determine an ACK sequence number and a receiving time of the subsequent packet. In response to determining that the ACK sequence number of the subsequent TCP packet matches the expected ACK sequence number, the system can determine a round trip time (RTT) of the packet based upon the received information of the packet and the received information of the subsequent packet.

Abstract: An approach for establishing a priority ranking for endpoints in a network. This can be useful when triaging endpoints after an endpoint becomes compromised. Ensuring that the most critical and vulnerable endpoints are triaged first can help maintain network stability and mitigate damage to endpoints in the network after an endpoint is compromised. The present technology involves determining a criticality ranking and a secondary value for a first endpoint in a datacenter. The criticality ranking and secondary value can be combined to form priority ranking for the first endpoint which can then be compared to a priority ranking for a second endpoint to determine if the first endpoint or the second endpoint should be triaged first.

Abstract: In an embodiment, a first region is set according to a preset condition, the first region is a blank region reserved for storing new data of a key-value type. An embodiment method includes: when the new data of the key-value type is to be stored in the first region, receiving a region split command; updating, according to the region split command, a state identifier of the first region and in a state table to an identifier indicating that a read/write service is no longer provided, splitting the first region into at least two second regions, updating state identifiers of the second regions in the state table to identifiers indicating that a read/write service can be provided; and recording, in a metadata table, storage location information of the second regions.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for generating a unique ID for a sensor in a network. Once the sensor is installed on a component of the network, the sensor can send attributes of the sensor to a control server of the network. The attributes of the sensor can include at least one unique identifier of the sensor or the host component of the sensor. The control server can determine a hash value using a one-way hash function and a secret key, send the hash value to the sensor, and designate the hash value as a sensor ID of the sensor. In response to receiving the sensor ID, the sensor can incorporate the sensor ID in subsequent communication messages. Other components of the network can verify the validity of the sensor using a hash of the at least one unique identifier of the sensor and the secret key.

Abstract: A system may receive a query configured to access a column in a data table. The data table may be in a flat file in a big data storage format. The system may detect the language type of the query and validate the query against the syntax of the language type. The system may also validate an access permission for data in the data table. The access permission may be stored in a permissions database. The system may generate a temporary table including the column with the temporary table configured to support the language type. The system may execute the query against the temporary table to generate a query result based on the temporary table as though it were the underlying data table. The system may enforce column-level or row-level access permissions by excluding columns or rows from the temporary table.

Abstract: One or more instances in program code that references an identifier of the standard web object model program object property that is prevented by a web browser from being directly reassigned are identified. The one or more instances in the program code that references the identifier of the standard web object model program object property that is prevented by the web browser from being directly reassigned are modified with one or more corresponding replacement references that include a replacement identifier. The replacement identifier id defined in the program code as being associated with a new program object property defined to invoke the standard web object model program object property in addition to being defined to perform additional processing of a resource identifier associated with the invocation of the standard web object model program object property.
