    摘要: In thermoplastic elastomers selected from the group consisting of the thermoplastic polyurethanes, of the polyetheresters and of the polyetheramides which are derived from polyetherpolycarbonatediols as diol components, the polyetherpolycarbonatediols used are reaction products of phosgene, dialkyl carbonates having C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl groups or cyclic carbonates having C.sub.2 -C.sub.4 -alkylene bridges or mixtures thereof with mixtures ofa.sub.1) from 10 to 100 mol % of polyoxytetramethylenediol having a number average molecular weight M.sub.n of from 150 to 500 anda.sub.2) from 0 to 90 mol % of polyoxyalkylenediols which differ from a.sub.1) and have C.sub.2 -C.sub.8 -alkylene groups, aliphatic alkanediols of 2 to 14 carbon atoms, alicyclic alkanediols of 3 to 14 carbon atoms or alkylene oxides of 2 or 3 carbon atoms, or mixtures thereof.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for the preparation of elastic, noncellular or cellular polyurethane molded articles or polyurethane-polyurea molded articles through reactions of(a) an organic polyisocyanate,(b) a polyester polyol having a hydroxyl number of from about 25 to 100 and an acid number of less than 2, prepared through the polycondensation of organic dicarboxylic acids with at least one polyoxytetramethylene glycol having a molecular weight of from about 162 to 600, or a mixture comprised of the said polyoxytetramethylene glycols with aliphatic diols and/or polyoxyalkylene glycols having a molecular weight of from about 106 to 1000,(c) a chain extending agent in the presence of(d) a catalyst and, optionally,(e) a blowing agent,(f) an auxiliary agent and/or additive.

    摘要: Novel thermoplastic polyester polyurethanes are disclosed which are obtained by reacting a polyester diol, a difunctional extender, a methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate), and from about 0.0025 mole to about 0.03 mole per equivalent of isocyanate of a monocarbodiimide product derived from a methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate) or the corresponding uretidinedioneimine adduct thereof with said latter methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate).The polyester polyurethanes are characterized by a combination of thermoplasticity, extremely good hydrolytic stability which cannot be diminished by solvent action, good physical properties, particularly tensile strength and elongation, and enhanced clarity of molded articles.

    摘要: Aqueous polyurethane dispersion for waterproof breathable coatings An aqueous polyurethane dispersion comprises a polyurethane polymer obtainable by the reaction of an isocyanate-functional polyurethane prepolymer A) with an isocyanate-reactive component B), wherein the isocyanate-functional prepolymer A) is obtainable by the reaction of a mixture comprising: a polyol component comprising a polyester polyol obtainable by the reaction of a mixture comprising an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and at least one diol selected from the group consisting of linear aliphatic diols and a branched aliphatic diols; and a polyisocyanate component comprising ≧50 weight-%, based on the total weight of polyisocyanates, of dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate. The isocyanate-reactive component B) comprises a compound comprising sulfonate groups which is employed in an amount of ≧3.5 weight-% to ≦10 weight-%, based on the total weight of the polyol component, the polyisocyanate component and the isocyanate-reactive component B).The invention also concerns the use of such an aqueous polyurethane dispersion for coatings, a method of manufacturing a coated substrate and to a coated substrate.
