Abstract: The present invention provides a pouch-type secondary battery comprising: an electrode assembly having, repeatedly stacked therein, unit cells comprising a positive plate, a negative plate, and a separator positioned between the positive and negative plates, wherein the positive plate and negative plate are respectively provided with a positive electrode tab and a negative electrode tab, and the positive and negative electrode tabs each converge in a predetermined direction; and a pouch case for sealing the electrode assembly, the pouch-type secondary battery being characterized by taping in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the electrode assembly along the stacking thickness direction of the electrode assembly, at the end of the electrode assembly at the part where the tabs converge, thereby improving the safety of the pouch-type secondary battery.

Abstract: A solid silicon secondary battery, by substitutions of silicon for lithium, enables decrease of preparations cost and minimizing of environmental pollutions. By laminate pressing multiple times a positive or negative electrode material, the present invention enables increase of the density of a positive or negative electrode active material to increase current density and capacity. By having mesh plates equipped inside the positive electrode active material and the negative electrode active material, the present invention enables effective moving of electrons. By enabling common use of an electrode, of a silicon secondary battery, connected during a serial connections of the silicon secondary battery, the present invention enables decreasing of the thickness of a silicon secondary battery assembly and increasing of output voltage. By being integrally formed with a PCB or a chip and supplying a power source, the present invention plays the role of a backup power source for instant discharging.

This packaging material for batteries is able to have excellent resistance to electrolyte solution by disposing an acid-reactive resin layer containing an acid curable resin between the adhesive layer and the metal foil layer and/or between the metal foil layer and the sealant layer.

The secondary battery may have a compact structure, and insulation characteristics of the secondary battery may be improved.

Abstract: According to the present invention, there is provided a seal step (ST105) storing an electrode laminate in which a separator is disposed between a positive electrode and a negative electrode and an electrolyte within an exterior body constituted by a laminate film and sealing the exterior body; a pressure application step (ST106) of applying a pressure to the exterior body in which the electrode laminate is stored by means of a flat plate press working or so forth; charge step (ST102) of charging up to a full charge; a gas removal step (ST107) of unsealing the exterior body and removing gas generated within the exterior body at the charge step; and a re-seal step (ST108) of sealing the exterior body after the gas removal step.The number of times of the gas removal steps is small and an influence of gas on battery characteristics is suppressed.

Abstract: Provided is a molding packaging material that can have an increased use life, can suppress a decrease over time in inter-layer lamination strength, and has superior molding properties in extrusion molding, draw forming, and the like. The laminate molding packaging material contains: an outside substrate layer (2) comprising a heat-resistant resin; an inside sealant layer (3) comprising a thermoplastic resin; and a metal foil provided between the two layers as a barrier layer (4).
