    摘要: A rotor for a motor is provided. The rotor has a rotor core, first permanent magnets mounted in first grooves of the rotor core, and second permanent magnets mounted in second grooves of the rotor core. The rotor core is provided with groove groups distributed in a peripheral direction of the rotor core. Each groove group has an air groove, a first groove and a second groove. The ends of the air groove, the first groove and the second groove, which are close to a center point of the rotor core, are close to one another. The end of the air groove, the first groove and the second groove, which are away from the center point of the rotor core, are away from one another. Multiple magnetic isolation structures are provided in the rotor core.

    摘要: A brushless direct-current (BLDC) motor is provided. The motor includes a stator including a stator core and windings; a rotor shaft disposed within the stator and extending along a longitudinal axis; and a rotor including a rotor core fixedly mounted on the rotor shaft and at least one permanent magnet mounted on an outer surface of the rotor core. A sleeve is provided including a substantially cylindrical body mounted on the at least one permanent magnet and a flange that engages a first axial end of the at least one permanent magnet to constrain the at least one permanent magnet radially and along a first axial direction. Further, a fan is mounted on the rotor shaft and engaging a second axial end of the at least one permanent magnet to constrain the at least one permanent magnet along a second axial direction.

    摘要: Prioritizing one-way rotation and one-way torque in particular, a change is induced in the partial shape of a magnetic poles on the rotor of a reluctance motor in the direction of forward movement, or magnetic resistance is increased, the torque generation range of each phase is expanded, and the increase/decrease time of an electric current is ensured to reduce the noise. With the relative increase in copper losses due to this drive method, and harmful effects from the problem of an overvoltage generated in the full-pitch windings are reduced by a drive method in which the overvoltage is cancelled out.

    摘要: A shift range control device switches a shift range by controlling drive of a motor. An angle calculation unit calculates a motor angle based on a signal from a rotation angle sensor that detects a rotation position of the motor. A drive control unit drives the motor so that the motor angle becomes a target angle according to the target shift range, and stops a rotor by a fixed phase energization, when the motor angle reaches a target angle. When the rotor vibrates with respect to stop position, the drive control unit maintains a state in which a brake torque, which is the torque generated when moving away from center of vibration, is larger than an acceleration torque, which is the torque generated when moving toward the center of vibration, and reduces the current that energizes the motor based on a difference between the brake torque and the acceleration torque.

    摘要: A rotor assembly (10) has a rotor support hub (12) which includes a plurality of first connection parts arranged about a periphery the rotor support hub. The rotor assembly further has a plurality of rotor segments (14) each having a second connection part. Each of the second connection parts are cooperable with at least one of the plurality of first connection parts to connect each of the rotor segments about the periphery the rotor support hub. A plurality of fixing parts (26) are each configured to be received between cooperating first and second connection parts and to form an inference fit therebetween so as to secure the rotor segments to the rotor support hub. The rotor support hub may comprise a plurality of laminations.
