摘要： A nozzle assembly for an injection molding system has a nozzle adapter with one or more vent holes therein. A porous metal insert is provided in fluid communication with at least one of the vent holes. The porous metal insert is also in fluid communication with a flow channel through the nozzle assembly. As molten polymeric material advances through the flow channel from a barrel to a mold assembly, gases entrained in the molten polymeric material are vented through the porous metal insert and escape through the one or more vent holes. Pressurized air may be introduced through the vent holes, such as by one or more blow-back modules, to unclog pores of the one or more porous metal inserts between shots of the injection molding system.

摘要： The present invention relates to a volume pulsed deformation plasticating and conveying method and device by an eccentric rotor. The rotation of the eccentric rotor and the rolling of the rotor in the inner cavity of a stator during constant reverse revolutions cause the volume of the material between the eccentric rotor and the stator to periodically change alternatively along the axial direction and the radial direction of the stator, thereby enabling the volume pulsed deformation plasticating and conveying of the material. The volume pulsed deformation plasticating and conveying device consists of a stator, of which the inner cavity comprises multiple alternatingly disposed spiral segments and straight segments, and an eccentric rotor comprising multiple alternatingly disposed eccentric spiral segments and eccentric straight segments. The eccentric rotor is disposed in the inner cavity of the stator. The eccentric spiral segments and the eccentric straight segments of the eccentric rotor correspond one-to-one with the spiral segments and straight segments of the stator. The present invention can be used as the extruding system of an extruder or be combined with different plunger injection units to form a plasticating injection device of an injection molding machine. The present invention has a short thermo-mechanical distance for the materials, low energy consumption, and wide adaptability.

The method includes: forming a polymer solution containing bubble nuclei, the bubble nuclei being formed by a foaming agent; and performing an injection molding process by injecting the polymer solution containing the bubble nuclei into a mold in a way where the bubble nuclei is restrained from growing on at least a part of an inner wall of a cavity of the mold, to form the vehicle glass encapsulation. The formed vehicle glass encapsulation may have no chromatic aberration and raised grain.

An exemplary REAF system comprises first and second post clamp pairs mounted to adjacent posts. Each post clamp pair “sandwiches” a post and is fixedly attached to the post by virtue of fasteners that lock one half of the post clamp pair to its other half. In this way, the post clamp pair “hugs” the post and is secured thereon without having to be permanently fixed to the post or damaging the structural rigidity of the post. Each post clamp pair includes a substantially vertical wall slot such that one or more cross-members may be received into the walls slots to form a wall section in a space defined between the adjacent posts.

摘要： A simple injection molding machine structure including a stationary platen, a movable platen, and an injection unit, and an injection method for the simple injection molding machine structure are provided. The stationary platen and the movable platen each carry a mold core for defining a mold cavity. The movable platen is movable freely relative to the stationary platen. The injection unit is disposed on the movable platen and includes an injection barrel, a heating member, a screw rod and a driving member. The screw rod is coupled to the driving member, extended into, and received in the injection barrel. The heating member is disposed on the injection barrel. The screw rod pressurizes, injects, and delivers molten plastic. The simple injection molding machine operates by controlling the speed of advancement of the screw rod to stabilize pressure and thus allow the molten plastic to take shape easily.

In operation this hot runner nozzle assembly provides an improved heat profile and a reduced leakage at the tip area under a wider operating processing window.
