The method includes: forming a polymer solution containing bubble nuclei, the bubble nuclei being formed by a foaming agent; and performing an injection molding process by injecting the polymer solution containing the bubble nuclei into a mold in a way where the bubble nuclei is restrained from growing on at least a part of an inner wall of a cavity of the mold, to form the vehicle glass encapsulation. The formed vehicle glass encapsulation may have no chromatic aberration and raised grain.

    摘要: Disclosed is a removable erosion-control and fencing (“REAF”) system for shoreline preservation along a line defined by a plurality of posts. An exemplary REAF system comprises first and second post clamp pairs mounted to adjacent posts. Each post clamp pair “sandwiches” a post and is fixedly attached to the post by virtue of fasteners that lock one half of the post clamp pair to its other half. In this way, the post clamp pair “hugs” the post and is secured thereon without having to be permanently fixed to the post or damaging the structural rigidity of the post. Each post clamp pair includes a substantially vertical wall slot such that one or more cross-members may be received into the walls slots to form a wall section in a space defined between the adjacent posts.

    摘要: A simple injection molding machine structure including a stationary platen, a movable platen, and an injection unit, and an injection method for the simple injection molding machine structure are provided. The stationary platen and the movable platen each carry a mold core for defining a mold cavity. The movable platen is movable freely relative to the stationary platen. The injection unit is disposed on the movable platen and includes an injection barrel, a heating member, a screw rod and a driving member. The screw rod is coupled to the driving member, extended into, and received in the injection barrel. The heating member is disposed on the injection barrel. The screw rod pressurizes, injects, and delivers molten plastic. The simple injection molding machine operates by controlling the speed of advancement of the screw rod to stabilize pressure and thus allow the molten plastic to take shape easily.

    摘要: The sealant injector for molding a display frame is provided for extruding the sealant out of the cavity, the large impurity particles could be insulated from the filtrating holes for preventing the mixing particles or the air bubble forcing out from the spray nozzle. The extrusion sealant could be more uniform. The sealant could be coated on the base board with the filtering and forcing. Accordingly, it would increase the continuation, the stability, the strength and the tenacity of the sealant and then improve the rate of good products. On the process of filtering and extruding together, it could reduce the molding time and improve the manufacture efficiency. The present invention also provides a method for injection molding a display frame using the sealant injector.

    摘要: A hot runner nozzle assembly includes a nozzle heater, a hot runner nozzle, a nozzle tip, a nozzle tip seal surrounding the nozzle tip and a connecting element positioned to removably couple the tip seal to the nozzle tip and to create a first contact seal between the nozzle tip and the tip seal and a second annular contact seal between the tip seal and a mold component. The nozzle tip is made or shaped via a sintering process from a metal matrix composite (MMC) material having a first coefficient of thermal expansion. The tip seal is made or shaped from a ceramic based powder material, having a second coefficient of thermal expansion that is different from the first coefficient of thermal expansion. In operation this hot runner nozzle assembly provides an improved heat profile and a reduced leakage at the tip area under a wider operating processing window.
