The supporting member is disposed in the housing, and the driving device is disposed on the supporting member. The passive impeller includes a first hub and a plurality of first passive blades encircling the first hub. The active impeller includes a second hub and a plurality of active blades encircling the second hub and actuated to rotate by the driving device. In an axial direction, the first hub is disposed between the driving device and the second hub, and through rotation of the active impeller, airflow is produced which actuates the passive impeller to rotate.

The guiding elements are disposed in the main body and located at the airflow outlet, wherein each of the guiding elements includes an inclined part and an axial extended part, and the inclined par meets the axial extended part at an angle. The motor base connects to the main body. The impeller is disposed on the motor base for providing an airflow, wherein the guiding elements guide the airflow away from the fan.

    摘要: A recirculation fan includes a casing, a covering member, and a fan assembly. The casing has a base. The covering member is coupled with the casing to define an accommodation space. The fan assembly is disposed within the accommodation space, and includes a first impeller, a second impeller, a motor, and a plurality of magnetic elements. The second impeller is located beside the first impeller. The motor is fixed on the base of the casing and connected with the first impeller for driving rotation of the first impeller. The magnetic elements are arranged between the first impeller and the second impeller. A wind force generated by the first impeller and a magnetic torque resulted from a magnetic vortex of the magnetic elements cause contactless rotation of the second impeller.

    摘要: A connection structure for a shaft and a bearing includes a shaft and at least one bearing. The bearing has a shaft hole for the shaft to insert therein, a first face and a second face opposite to the first face. An outer circumference of the shaft is welded with a circumference of the shaft hole in adjacency to the first face of the bearing to form at least one first welding section connected between contact sections of the outer circumference of the shaft and the circumference of the shaft hole in adjacency to the first face. Via the first welding section, the shaft is integrally connected with the bearing. Therefore, the shaft and the bearing are more securely fixed with each other and the manufacturing cost is lowered.

    摘要: A current collection apparatus and its method of processing for a solid oxide fuel cell, which mainly includes using screen printing process to print conductive adhesive onto the surface of the electrode of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), forming a current collection layer with drying process, using an appropriate amount of conductive adhesive to paste a conductive wire onto the current collection layer, forming an adhesion layer through drying, fixing the conductive wire on the electrode surface with an appropriate amount of ceramic adhesive, and forming a fixing layer after baking. A good connection is hence made between metal conductive wire and electrode through current collection layer, not only the interface impedance between electrode and current collection layer can be reduced effectively, but also the output power density of the SOFC unit cell can be enhanced, and stable as well as long term power output can be provided.
