    摘要: Methods and apparatus for packaging a backside illuminated (BSI) image sensor or a BSI sensor device with an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) are disclosed. A bond pad array may be formed in a bond pad area of a BSI sensor where the bond pad array comprises a plurality of bond pads electrically interconnected, wherein each bond pad of the bond pad array is of a small size which can reduce the dishing effect of a big bond pad. The plurality of bond pads of a bond pad array may be interconnected at the same layer of the pad or at a different metal layer. The BSI sensor may be bonded to an ASIC in a face-to-face fashion where the bond pad arrays are aligned and bonded together.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a method and device for obtaining a shared object associated with a real scene. A network device obtains an access respect sent by a user through user equipment based on the scene image corresponding to the real scene; performs match query in a shared object repository based on the scene image so as to obtain one or more shared objects corresponding to the access request; and provides said one or more shared objects to the user equipment. Compared with the prior art, through performing match query based on a scene image, the present invention provides a shared object associated with a real scene, which not only facilitates people to obtain information related to the scene, but also supports object sharing based on the same scene between different users, such that it is more convenient for people to obtain information and communicate with one another; besides, it also enhances use experience of users.

    摘要: A mechanism lets a service consumer add mediation metadata in a Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) message and lets a service provider perform server side mediation based on the pre-defined mediation metadata. A client side mediation engine is plugged into a client SOAP engine. When the client side mediation engine receives a request message from the client SOAP engine metadata is attached to a message header of a SOAP message and returned to the client SOAP engine. A server side mediation engine is plugged the server side mediation engine receives a SOAP message from the server SOAP engine, metadata is mapped with an appropriate adaptor and returned to the server SOAP engine.
