    摘要: A printed circuit board with reduced noise effects and without the need to increase the distance between a noise source and a wireless communication board. The circuit board includes multilayer structural conductive layers having a first conductive plane connected to power supply potential and a second conductive plane connected to ground potential. The first and second conductive planes are formed such that an electric field generated by a potential difference between the first conductive plane and the second conductive plane is concentrated on one side of one of the first conductive plane and the second conductive plane. The conductive plane associated with the concentrated electric field and the wireless communication board are on different sides relative to the conductive plane that is not associated with the concentrated electric field.

    摘要: This invention relates to a laser beam machining apparatus equipped with a spatial light modulator. The laser beam machining apparatus according to this invention comprises a reflection-type spatial light modulator, hologram pattern writing means for writing onto said reflection-type spatial light modulator a hologram pattern corresponding to the desired optical image intended to be irradiated onto a target, laser beam irradiating means for irradiating readout light onto said reflection-type spatial light modulator at an incidence angle &thgr;, and a Fourier lens for performing a Fourier transform of said readout light, phase modulated by said reflection-type spatial light modulator. Through use of this laser beam machining apparatus, improvement in utilization efficiency of the readout light and improvement in the level of freedom in machining patterns can be expected.

    摘要: A spatial light modulator consisting of an electron beam source formed within a vacuum envelope and an electro-optic crystal assembly for storing electrons emitted from the electron beam source as a charge to change the optical property thereof. The electro-optic crystal assembly consists of a pair of electro-optic crystal plates of the same materials, i.e., LiNbO.sub.3, LiTaO.sub.3, or Bi.sub.12 SiO.sub.20. As an example, LiNbO.sub.3 is cut in such a way that the normal to its surface is located in the (-Y, Z) plane and makes an angle of 55 degrees with the Z-axis. The electro-optic crystal assembly further consists of a pair of electro-optic crystal plates having different thickness which are combined through a transparent conductive film so that the surface of the thinner electro-optic crystal plate faces the electron beam.
