    摘要: A DC-DC converter in which a primary side and a secondary side are insulated by a transformer, includes: two diodes having anodes respectively connected to both ends of a secondary winding of the transformer and cathodes connected to each other; a series circuit composed of a resistor and a capacitor connected in series; and a snubber circuit formed by connecting the cathodes of the diodes to the connection point between the resistor and the capacitor. Surge voltage caused on the secondary side of the transformer is clamped at the voltage of the capacitor, and surge energy stored in the capacitor is regenerated to a load via the resistor. Thus, surge voltage caused on the secondary side of the transformer is suppressed with a simple configuration, and effective use of surge energy is ensured.

    摘要: In a DC/DC converter for bidirectional power transmission, a first switching circuit is connected between a first winding of a high-frequency transformer and a DC power supply, and a second switching circuit is connected between a second winding and a battery. In the first and second switching circuits, capacitors are connected in parallel to semiconductor switching devices, and first and second reactors are connected on AC input/output lines. Upon power transmission, the switching circuit on the primary side of the high-frequency transformer performs zero voltage switching, and the switching circuit on the secondary side performs a step-up operation by using the reactor.

    摘要: In a power conversion apparatus that converts AC power to DC power, an inverter circuit including one or more single-phase inverters connected in series with each other is connected in series at the subsequent stage of a rectification of an AC input. At the subsequent stage of the inverter circuit, a smoothing capacitor connected via a rectification diode, and a short-circuiting switch for bypassing the smoothing capacitor are provided. The short-circuiting switch is subjected to ON/OFF control by PWM control such that a voltage of the DC voltage supply of the inverter circuit follows a target voltage. The inverter circuit is subjected to output control such that a DC voltage of the smoothing capacitor follows a target voltage and an input power factor is improved.

    摘要: In a DC/DC converter that performs zero-voltage switching, capacitors are connected respectively in parallel to first and second MOSFETs that are included in an inverter unit in the primary-side of a transformer, and an inductor is connected to an AC output line. In a range of a current being more than a predetermined value, a control circuit controls the inverter unit using a PWM control with a fixed dead time, and in a light load range where the current is equal to or less than the predetermined value, the control unit changes the control to a PFM control and decreases a frequency so that the dead time becomes longer as the current decreases, to thereby keep a duty ratio without change.

    摘要: Provided are a spin-injection element having high spin-injection efficiency, and a magnetic field sensor and a magnetic recording memory employing the element. The element comprises a barrier layer, a magnetic conductive layer, and a spin accumulation portion comprised of non-magnetic conductive material. In the element, a first spin accumulation layer (103) and the barrier layer (102) have respectively a body-centered cubic lattice structure. Due to this, the first spin accumulation layer (103) and the barrier layer (102) come into contact with each other through a boundary face with improved crystalline symmetry. Thereby, lattice matching is improved and scattering of the tunnel electrons in the Δ1 band is prevented, resulting in improvement in the spin polarizability. Further, the characteristics of the device employing the spin injection element are improved.
