    摘要: The invention is directed to a carburetor arrangement for an internal combustion engine of a working tool such as a portable hand-held chain saw, a cutoff machine or the like and includes a tank from which the fuel is conducted to the main nozzle of a carburetor via an inlet valve of the carburetor. A tank pressure blocking valve is mounted in the fuel feed line between the tank and the nozzle. The valve body of the blocking valve is pressed tightly against its valve seat in the direction of fuel flow and pressure drop when the engine is at standstill. During starting and running of the engine, the valve body is lifted from its seat by the underpressure condition caused by the engine and is moved in a direction opposite to an overpressure in the tank and against the flow of fuel.

    摘要: A fuel injection system is proposed which is triggerable in such a way that in the presence of control signals, in particular those characterizing engine overrunning, the fuel injection is interrupted. The fuel injection system includes metering valves to each of which one regulating valve is assigned, the valves each having a movable valve element which can be subjected on the one hand to the fuel pressure downstream of the respective metering valve and a spring and on the other hand to the pressure in a control pressure line. In the fuel supply line a pressure-reduction valve is provided upstream of the metering valve. During engine overrunning, the fuel pressure in the control pressure line is controllable by means of an electromagnetic valve in such a way that the fuel pressure in the control pressure line increases and the regulating valves close as a result of which the fuel injection is interrupted.

    摘要: A fuel injection system is proposed which serves to provide the most precise possible adaptation of the fuel-air mixture to operating conditions of the internal combustion engine. The fuel injection system includes metering valves, each of which is assigned one regulating valve, whose movable valve element can be exposed on the one hand to the fuel pressure downstream of the respective metering valve and on the other hand to the pressure in a control pressure line, which is limited on the one hand by an electro-fluid converter of the nozzle/bounce plate type and on the other hand by a control throttle. The electro-fluid converter is triggerable in accordance with operating characteristics of the engine. A pressure limitation valve is embodied as a diaphragm valve and serves to regulate the most precise possible system pressure in the engine and, when the engine is shut off, it serves to reduce the fuel pressure in the fuel injection system below the fuel pressure required for opening the injection valves and to block the return flow lines.

    摘要: A diaphragm pressure regulator is proposed which serves to regulate a fluid pressure in a system having fluid flowing through it, and in particular to relate the fuel pressure in a fuel injection system. The diaphragm pressure regulator includes a valve diaphragm, which cooperates with a valve seat. The valve diaphragm separates a spring chamber having a system pressure spring from a system pressure chamber, into which the valve seat, which is axially displaceable and is supported in an axial bearing point, protrudes and which communicates with the fluid to be regulated. The end of the valve seat remote from the valve diaphragm is embodied as a valve plate and protrudes into a collection chamber, in which it opens a sealing seat toward a return flow line to a greater or lesser extent. A closing pressure spring engages the valve plate and urges the valve seat in the direction of the valve diaphragm. When the valve diaphragm is lifted up from the valve seat, fluid flows via a conduit in the valve seat into the collection chamber. A throttle gap is provided between the system pressure chamber and the collection chamber, by way of which throttle gap fluid can flow out to the collection chamber, when the fluid system is shut off, until such time as the valve plate is pressed in a sealing fashion against the sealing seat and blocks the return flow line, which takes place below a predetermined fluid pressure.

    摘要: The invention relates to a motor chain saw having a guide bar clamped between the housing and a clamping piece. The chain saw has a drive motor arranged in a housing and the drive motor drives a saw chain running on a guide bar. The guide bar is clamped to the housing at one end between the housing and a clamping piece with the clamping being transverse to the plane of the guide bar. For tensioning the saw chain, the guide bar is displaceable in the longitudinal direction thereof by means of a chain tensioning device when the clamping piece is loosened. If high forces act on the guide bar, then the latter slips toward the sprocket wheel in the longitudinal direction notwithstanding the fact that the guide bar is clamped to the housing. Accordingly, the saw chain must be again tensioned by means of the chain tensioning device. According to a feature of the invention, at least one of the surfaces between the end of the guide bar and the housing or between the clamping piece is treated to increase friction whereby higher forces can act on the clamping connection for the same clamping force without effecting a displacement of the guide bar. It then becomes unnecessary to retension the saw chain while working with the chain saw.

    摘要: An injection valve for fuel injection systems in internal combustion engines which comprises a movable valve element cooperating with a valve seat disposed in a nozzle body, with a guide bore provided downstream of the valve seat. A swirl insert is partially compressed in the guide bore and disposes open swirl channels in the direction of its circumference. The swirl channels extend in an axial direction from one end of the swirl insert to the other, are slanted toward the longitudinal shaft of the injection valve and discharge in a tangential direction into a preparation bore. The swirl channels serve simultaneously as metering channels whose throttling length is adjustable by displacing the swirl insert inside the guide bore.
