    摘要: An intake device for an internal combustion engine includes a throttle body (1) that forms an intake passage (1a). A throttle valve (2) is arranged within the intake passage. A pipe member (26) is connected to the throttle body, wherein the pipe member forms a communication passage (26a) communicating with the intake passage. An engagement device (53,63; 85,87; 92,63) is provided between the throttle body and the pipe member. The engagement device includes at least one engagement protrusion (53; 85; 92) and at least one engagement recess (63; 87M). When the engagement protrusion and the engagement recess are engaged with each other, detachment of the throttle body and the pipe member from each other is restricted. The assembly process is simplified by a lack of separate components such as clamps and bolts, relying instead upon a typical snap-fit connection.

    摘要: A memory mat is provided separately from a memory mat that is a normal memory area, and data therein cannot be read from the outside. In a page buffer, information input from the outside is stored. A comparing circuit compares security information stored in memory mat with information stored in page buffer, and the comparison result is output to the outside as a status. Even when unauthorized copying is performed, information in memory mat is not copied. Therefore, an external apparatus can easily determine whether or not the semiconductor memory is an unauthorized copy by referring to the status.

    摘要: A throttle device includes a throttle body (1) and a cover (18) adapted to be mounted to the throttle body. A coupling device (13, 15; 51, 53) includes a first engaging portion (15; 51) disposed on one of the throttle body and the cover and a second engaging portion (13; 53) disposed on the other of the throttle body and the cover. The first and second engaging portions are engageable with each other when the throttle body and the cover is moved toward each other in a first direction, so that the throttle body and the cover are prevented from moving away from each other in a second direction opposite to the first direction. Means (1d; 1e: 53b) is provided for preventing accidental or unauthorized intentional access to the first or second engaging portions in order to disengage the first and second engaging portions.

    摘要: The reliability of a semiconductor integrated circuit device is remarkably improved by minimizing the fluctuations of the detection level of the supply voltage due to the manufacturing process and/or other factors. In the semiconductor integrated circuit device according to the invention, a differential amplifier circuit SA amplifies the differential voltage representing the difference between the reference voltage VREF generated by a reference voltage generating section 16 and the detection voltage obtained by dividing a supply voltage VCC by means of resistors 27 and 28 and outputs it as a detection signal K. The reference voltage generating section 16 generates reference voltage VREF from the base-emitter voltage of a bipolar transistor that is minimally affected by temperature and the manufacturing process so that the fluctuations of the detection level of the supply voltage VCC can be minimized.

When a word line is selected, the voltage applied to the latch circuit is shifted to a desired level to apply a desired voltage to the word line from a word line driver. As a result, a predecode signal is applied to a small size buffering circuit to be transmitted to the word line driver at a potential level between Vcc-GND. Therefore, the parasitic capacitance accompanying a predecode signal is reduced.
