The engagement device includes at least one engagement protrusion (53; 85; 92) and at least one engagement recess (63; 87M). When the engagement protrusion and the engagement recess are engaged with each other, detachment of the throttle body and the pipe member from each other is restricted. The assembly process is simplified by a lack of separate components such as clamps and bolts, relying instead upon a typical snap-fit connection.

The low molecular weight compounds and their derivatives obtained by the present method have morphogenetic activity or inhibiting activity for bone and cartilage through the expression of the human BMP-7 and are useful as preventive or therapeutic agents for cartilage and bone diseases. Furthermore, the low molecular weight compounds and their derivatives are useful as therapeutic agents for kidney diseases.

In the semiconductor integrated circuit device according to the invention, a differential amplifier circuit SA amplifies the differential voltage representing the difference between the reference voltage VREF generated by a reference voltage generating section 16 and the detection voltage obtained by dividing a supply voltage VCC by means of resistors 27 and 28 and outputs it as a detection signal K. The reference voltage generating section 16 generates reference voltage VREF from the base-emitter voltage of a bipolar transistor that is minimally affected by temperature and the manufacturing process so that the fluctuations of the detection level of the supply voltage VCC can be minimized.

After the setting of such potential conditions, reading of the memory array is performed. When current flows to the memory cells as a result of reading, it means that the memory cell has been erased. If the current does not flows through the memory cell, erasure pulse is applied again and every memory cell is verified.
