摘要: In a method of manufacturing a multilayered ceramic substrate, a capacitor layer is formed on a green sheet of a low temperature co-firable ceramic by means of printing. The green sheet with the capacitor layer and a plurality of other green sheets are laminated together into a substrate laminate. Two release green sheets of alumina system each unsintered below 1,000.degree. C. are further laminated to the top and the bottom of the substrate laminate respectively. The obtained laminate is fired at a temperature ranging between 800.degree. and 1,000.degree. C. under pressure ranging between 2 and 20 kgf/cm.sup.2. The release green sheets adherent to the side surfaces of the substrate are removed after the firing. Subsequently, a wiring pattern is printed on the substrate, which is then fired at a temperature ranging between 800.degree. and 1,000.degree. C.

摘要: Silicon carbide-based fine particles containing an electrically conducting inorganic substance and a electromagnetic wave absorbing material, which are fine particles comprising a particle inner portion of a silicon carbide-based material and a surface layer formed of an electrically conducting inorganic substance mainly comprising carbon, wherein a gradient layer with the compositional ratio of the electrically conducting inorganic substance gradiently increasing toward the particle surface is present and the thickness of the electrically conducting inorganic substance gradient layer is from 1 to 500 nm. The electromagnetic wave absorbing material of the present invention can selectively absorb a electromagnetic wave of 1 to 300 GHz in a wide band.

The vehicle body frame structure includes a side body whose skeleton is formed by a body panel that forms a side face of the vehicle body and a reinforcement member that is formed into a shape extending along the inside of the body panel and joined to the body panel, a front frame member that forms a front body disposed to form a shape extending from the side body to the front of the vehicle body, and an outer frame member joined to the front frame member from side of the vehicle body and secured to the reinforcement member by means of bolts extending through the body panel.

A fuel spray 47 injected out from the injection port 17 of the nozzle 16 is so formed that the orientation of the fuel spray is deflected in a definite direction on the basis of the longitudinal axis C of the fuel injection valve body, the reachable distance L1 of the fuel spray at the deflected side is longer and the reachable distance L2 of the fuel spray at another side opposite to the deflected side is shorter.

摘要: A vehicle body structure includes a front side member disposed at a side of an engine compartment at a front of the vehicle body. The front side member extends in a longitudinal direction and has a rear part thereof extending to a fire wall and a lower surface of a floor panel. The total height of the front side member is increased by drawing sheet metal to form a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing members having substantially hat shaped cross-sections by and vertically stacking the members. This enlarges the total height of the front side member improves the rigidity of the front side member to prevent the deformation of the fire wall.

摘要: A discharge lamp lighting device in which dim control can be performed for a discharge lamp continuously and stably in a wide range, and which is simple in circuit configuration and low in price. The discharge lamp lighting device comprises: an inverter (IV) for turning on/off switching elements (Q2, Q3) by an oscillation output signal of an IV control integrated circuit (IC2) to thereby invert a voltage of a DC power supply (E) into high-frequency electric power, a discharge lamp (LA) capable of being lighted by the high-frequency electric power from the inverter (IV), a feedback circuit (FB) having delay time T (unit: second) expressed by 1/f≦T≦1/10,000 when the frequency of the high-frequency electric power is f, the feedback circuit (FB) including a reference value setting means (R15) for setting a reference value, the feedback circuit outputting a voltage for controlling the IV control integrated circuit (IC2) to make the high-frequency electric power equal to the reference value.
