    摘要: Polyisocyanates with biuret structures are produced at temperatures above 250.degree. C. More specifically, an excess of a diisocyanate having aliphatically and/or cycloaliphatically bound isocyanate groups is reacted with a diamine containing aliphatically and/or cycloaliphatically bound amino groups at temperatures above 250.degree. C. for relatively brief periods of time. Water and/or polyvalent alcohols may optionally be included in the reaction mixture. The polyisocyanates with biuret structures produced by this process are characterized by good color, good dilutability with covalent solvents and comparatively low viscosity.

    摘要: Polyether polycarbonate diols based on 1,6-hexanediol and having a molecular weight of from 500 to 12,000 are made by etherifying 50-100 mole % 1,6-hexane-diol in the presence of 0-50 mole % of specified diols and reacting the resultant polyether with a compound selected from diarylcarbonates, dialkyl carbonates, dioxolanones, hexanediol bischlorocarbonic acid esters, phosgene and urea. These diols are particularly useful in the production of polyurethanes having improved physical properties.

    摘要: The invention is directed to a process for the preparation of prepolymers containing free isocyanate groups and having an isocyanate content of 1 to 16% by weight by the reaction of(a) a polyisocyanate component with(b) a polyhydroxyl component based on (i) at least one polyester polyol having a hydroxyl functionality (average) of about 1.8 to 5 and a hydroxyl number (average) of from 15 to 300 or (ii) mixtures of polyester polyols of the type mentioned under (i) with up to about 10% by weight, based on the weight of the mixture, of (cyclo)alkane polyols having a hydroxyl number above about 300 and optionally containing ester groupsat an NCO/OH equivalent ratio above 2:1, characterized in that the compounds used as component (a) contain triisocyanato-isocyanurates having aliphatically or cycloaliphatically bound isocyanate groups. The present invention also relates to the prepolymers with free isocyanate groups obtainable by this process and their use as binders for moisture hardening one-component lacquers.
