    摘要: An electron beam irradiation apparatus and method capable of easily curing at least part of a surface layer and/or a resin layer composed of materials that are hard to be cured by irradiation of ultraviolet rays. A disc-shaped object manufacturing apparatus and method capable of efficiently forming, on the disc-shaped object, at least part of a surface layer and/or a resin layer such as light transmitting layer, etc, thereunder. An electron beam irradiation apparatus comprises a rotary driving unit for rotationally driving an object, a shield container rotatably accommodating the object, and an electron beam irradiation unit provided in the shield container so that the surface of the object is irradiated with electron beams from an irradiation window thereof, wherein the surface of the object is irritated with the electron beams during its rotation from the irradiation window of the election beam irradiation unit. The surface of the on-rotating object can be thereby irradiated with the electron beams having larger energy than the ultraviolet rays have.

    摘要: An electron beam irradiation apparatus includes an electron beam emission section having an electron beam irradiating tube that emits an electron beam; an electron beam irradiation section for irradiating the emitted electron beam to a target; a transfer mechanism for transferring the target to the electron beam irradiation section; a rotation mechanism for rotating the target on its own axis when irradiating the electron beam; and a linear movement mechanism for generating a relative linear movement such that the electron beam irradiating tube passes right above the target, between the target and the electron beam irradiating tube, when irradiating the electron beam. The linear movement mechanism generates a relative linear movement such that the electron beam irradiating tube goes from an end portion of the target toward the center of the target and turns back before the center of the electron beam emitting portion of the electron beam irradiating tube reaches the center of the target.

    摘要: B1 distribution is calculated in a short time with a high degree of precision, and a high quality image is obtained. In the RF shimming for irradiating electromagnetic waves using an RF coil having multiple channels, the absolute values of subtraction images between multiple reconstructed images are used to calculate a transmitting sensitivity distribution which is necessary for calculating inter-channel phase difference and amplitude ratio of RF pulses provided to the respective channels. Those multiple reconstructed images are obtained by executing the imaging sequence after applying a prepulse at different flip angles respectively. Assuming an image obtained with a minimum flip angle as a reference image, for instance, the subtraction images are created between the reference image and the other respective images. It is also possible that multiple subtraction images being obtained are divided by one another, and the transmitting sensitivity distribution is created on the basis of the division result.

The polyimide foam can be produced easily, has uniform and fine cells, and has the mechanical properties required for practical use as a foam, such as flexibility that prevents the foam from cracking easily even when deformed and excellent cushioning properties, as well as heat resistance that can resist use at high temperatures.
