    摘要: A vehicle system including a pump having a motor and a pullout configuration with an electrical contact. The electrical contact receives and transmits signals related to an operation of the pump and an address selection. The pump also includes a motor controller. The vehicle system also includes a system controller bus communicatively connected to the pinout configuration and a system controller communicatively connected to the pump via the system controller bus. The system controller determines that the electrical contact is energized, determines that a resistor is electrically connected to the electrical contact after determining that the electrical contact is energized, determines a resistance value of the resistor after determining that the resistor is electrically connected to the electrical contact, identifies the pump based on the resistance value, and transmits a control signal to the motor controller to control the operation of the pump.

    摘要: A centrifugal pump system having an impeller rotating with first and second magnetic structures on opposite surfaces. A levitation magnetic structure is disposed at a first end of a pump housing having a levitating magnetic field for axially attracting the first magnetic structure. A multiphase magnetic stator at a second end of the pump housing generates a rotating magnetic field for axially and rotationally attracting the second magnetic structure. A commutator circuit provides a plurality of phase voltages to the stator. A sensing circuit determines respective phase currents. A controller calculates successive commanded values for the phase voltages in response to the determined phase currents and a variable commutation angle. The angle is selected to correspond to an axial attractive force of the stator that maintains a levitation of the impeller at a centered position within the pumping chamber.

    摘要: A system for monitoring an Electrical Submersible Pump is disclosed comprising a rotation rate sensor located in an ESP gauge (6). When the Electrical Submersible Pump is started the rotating elements rotate in a first direction whilst the static elements will experience an opposing torque in a second opposite direction. The small rotational movement of the ESP gauge housing is sensed by the sensor and is used to determine the initial direction of rotation of the motor (5) and pump (6).

    摘要: A submerged motor vane wheel rotation direction control structure includes a blade pivoted to a locating block inside of the water guide chamber of a submerged motor, a vane wheel, the vane wheel having sloping teeth radially extended from the motor shaft of the submerged motor, which push the blade outwards toward to an open position for the passing of flow of water upon clockwise rotation of the vane wheel, and is forced into engagement with the blade to hold the blade in a close position upon counter-clockwise rotation of the vane wheel, causing the submerged motor to reverse the vane wheel.
