    摘要: A transmission system includes an electrical conductor and an insulation layer circumferentially covering the conductor. The layer includes at least two layer sections including a plurality of sublayers concentrically orientated, whereby each sublayer comprises one or more strips arranged beside each other in a circumferential direction. Gaps are formed between adjacent edges of strips and each gap is covered by a strip of an adjacent sublayer. Each of the strips includes one or more sheets arranged beside each other in a radial direction. Each sheet includes an insulation material including cellulose paper and polymer. At least one sublayer includes at least one sheet of said cellulose paper, and at least one sublayer including at least one sheet of said polymer, and whereby the insulation layer is impregnated.

The present invention relates to a flame-retardant insulated electric wire containing a conductor containing an aluminum-based material and an insulating coating layer which coats the conductor, wherein the insulating coating layer is formed of a resin composition containing 100 parts by weight of a base resin containing (A) a polypropylene-based resin and (B) an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer and a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, (C) 50 to 150 parts by weight of a flame retardant, and (D) 0.35 to 6.00 parts by weight of a metal scavenger.

Provided is an outer covering rubber for a polymer insulator, which is obtained by adding an additive conducive to improvement in high-voltage electrical insulation characteristics to a rubber composition, and the additive is a fine powder obtained by crushing a ceramic hydrate into a particle size of 100 nm or less, and the amount of the additive is 0.5 to 2.5% by mass in the entire raw materials of the outer covering rubber for a polymer insulator.

    摘要: The invention deals with insulation with improved separability from the processed broken stone designed as single-layer or multi-layer insulation surrounding an electric conductor where the principle is that at least one layer of the insulation is made of magnetic material and at the same time at least one layer is made of electrically non-conductive material. This magnetic material is beneficially produced as a mixture of the magnetic and non-magnetic main material component while it is especially advantageous if the content of the magnetic main material component in individual insulation layers is 5 to 60% of weight and the rest to 100% consists of the non-magnetic main material component, all related to the weight of individual layers, or even better, if the content of the magnetic main material component of individual insulation layers is 10 to 30% of weight, related to the weight of individual insulation layers.
