    摘要： A roof drill bit having a tool body with a cutting insert brazed thereto. The cutting insert has opposite leading and trailing face portions joined by a side surface which has a leading side relief portion adjacent the leading face portion and a trailing side relief portion adjacent the trailing face portion. The trailing side relief portion, which extends from the leading face portion a distance equal to between about one-third to two-thirds the thickness of the insert, has a greater relief angle that the leading side relief portion, which extends from the trailing face portion a distance equal to between about one-third to about two-thirds the thickness of the insert.

    摘要： A gift bag includes aesthetically-covered opposing sides defining an opening, and a hanger attached to a side. The hanger is stamped from flat sheet material and includes a first section with adhesive for attaching to the side, a holding portion shaped to engage a support for display prior to being purchased, and a flexible closure portion with additional adhesive for attaching to the side. Thus the hanger both facilitates displaying the bag and also closing the bag to improve presentation of a gifted item in the bag (and to prevent the item from falling out of the bag). Methods related to same are also disclosed and claimed.

    摘要： A simulation system includes a case manager adapted for organizing and managing a plurality of sets of input data being used by the simulation system. The case manager includes a plurality of case scenarios organized in a tree-like structure, some case scenarios being supersets of other case scenarios in the tree-like structure. An operator selects one or more of the case scenarios in the case manager. A case builder receives keywords associated with the one or more of the case scenarios selected by the operator allowing the operator to edit or change the keywords from the selected case scenarios when necessary and generates a set of edited keywords representing edited case scenarios. A run manager submits the edited case scenarios to a simulator which generates a set of simulation results that are stored in a results file for subsequent display and viewing.

    摘要： An x-ray tube assembly (16) includes a housing (40) and an insert frame (54) supported within the housing (40), such that the insert frame (54) defines a substantially evacuated envelope in which a cathode assembly (60) and a rotating anode assembly (58) operate to produce x-rays. The rotating anode assembly (58) includes an anode target plate (64) coupled to a rotor (66) and bearing shaft (82), which is rotatably supported within a bearing housing (84), by a plurality of ball bearings (86). A heat barrier (90) substantially surrounds the bearing housing (84) and is coupled, along with the bearing housing (84) to an anode cold plate (100). The anode cold plate (100) includes a grooved cover (102), a basin (110), and a plurality of corrugated fins (120) disposed therein. Coupling both the bearing housing (84) and the heat barrier (90) to the anode cold plate (100) provides an effective means for cooling the bearing assembly (80).
