摘要： An electronic device includes a targeted area within the electronic device. The targeted area includes a first side and a second side that is different from the first side. A first fan lies along the first side. Also, a second fan lies along the second side. The first fan and the second fan are both inlet fans or are both outlet fans. A method of using an electronic device is provided and includes directing a first fluid flow from the first fan along the targeted area. The method includes directing a second fluid flow from the second fan along the targeted area. The direction of the second fluid flow is different than the direction of the first fluid flow. Also, a turbulent fluid flow is created at least partially based on the first fluid flow, the second fluid flow, or a combination thereof.

An array of active element readout circuits overlies the passivation/planarization layer above the trenches with one active element readout circuit coupled to each active element of the array of active elements. Each active element and coupled active element readout circuit defines a pixel and the array of active elements and the coupled array of active element readout circuits defines a pixelated imager, and the readout circuit coupled to each active element includes at least one TFT with an active channel comprising a metal-oxide semiconductor material.

摘要： The present disclosure belongs to the field of liquid crystal displays (LCDs), and more particularly relates to a packing device of a backlight module including a fixing frame, a rotating shaft, and a clamping piece which can rotate around the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is fixed to the fixing frame. The clamping piece includes an upper arm and a lower arm, and the upper arm and the lower arm are respectively used for clamping upper and lower surfaces of the backlight module. When an opening formed by surrounding the upper arm and the lower arm is upward, one edge of the backlight module can be put above the lower arm. Then, the backlight module is slowly put down, and the lower arm of the clamping piece rotates around the fixing shaft under stress. When the opening formed by surrounding the upper arm and the lower arm of the clamping piece is in a horizontal direction, the lower arm comes into contact with the lower surface of the backlight module to form a supporting state, and the upper arm of the clamping piece is pressed against the upper surface of the backlight module. Thus, the backlight module is completely fixed. The packing device of the backlight module of the present disclosure can be up and down stacked, and the stress of each layer of backlight module is uniform. Thus, a problem of affecting optical quality of the backlight module due to gravity accumulation is solved.

A carrier transport structure is deposited by sputtering on the gate dielectric layer. The carrier transport structure includes a layer of amorphous high mobility metal oxide adjacent the gate dielectric and a relatively inert protective layer of material deposited on the layer of amorphous high mobility metal oxide both deposited without oxygen and in situ. The layer of amorphous metal oxide has a mobility above 40 cm2/Vs and a carrier concentration in a range of approximately 1018 cm−3 to approximately 5×1019 cm−3. Source/drain contacts are positioned on the protective layer and in electrical contact therewith.
