    摘要: The present invention relates to a method of preparing a lithium ion polymer battery which has a high capacity and a good cyclability as well as no exudation of liquid electrolyte. The lithium ion polymer battery according to the present invention is prepared by the steps of forming electrode films, laminating the electrode films on both surfaces of a grid or extended metal so as to improve the interfacial adhesion between the electrode films, forming a polymer electrolyte film composed of a polymer, an electrolyte solution, and a filler, and laminating the composite anode, the polymer electrolyte and the composite cathode. The activated composite anode/polymer electrolyte film/activated composite cathode is laminated to obtain a lithium ion polymer battery structure. The lithium ion polymer battery is vacuum-packaged using a vacuum packaging apparatus.

    摘要: A solid polymer electrolyte according to the present invention comprises a polymer (A), and a liquid electrolyte (B) composed of a lithium salt and an aprotic solvent, optionally and a ceramic filler (C). The polymer (A) is poly(acrylonitrile-methyl methacrylate), poly(acrylonitrile-methyl methacrylate-oligooxyethylene ethylether methacrylate) or poly(acrylonitrilc-methyl methacrylate-styrene). The polymer (A) is poly(acrylonitrile methyl methacrylate) containing acrylonitrile of 10.about.90 mol %, preferably 26.about.46 mol %, poly(acrylonitrile-methyl methacrylate-oligooxyethylene ethylether methacrylate) containing acrylonitrile of 20.about.80 mol %, methyl methacrylate of 20.about.80 mol % and oligooxyethylene ethylether methacrylate of 5.about.20 mol %, and poly(acrylonitrile-methyl methacrylate-styrene) containing acrylonitrile of 10.about.80 mol %, methyl methacrylate of 10.about.60 mol % and styrene of 5.about.50 mol %.

    摘要: An adhesive includes a base resin and a mixture. The base resin maintains a shape of the adhesive. The mixture is mixed in the base resin and a monomer reacts with the base resin and an ultraviolet (UV) initiator to initiate a polymerization reaction of the monomer as it is irradiated with UV light. The output pad electrode of the driving part and the input pad electrode of the display panel are electrically and physically connected to each other by using the adhesive cured as the UV light is irradiated, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process of a display apparatus and preventing a short that may be generated between pad electrodes.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a hot pressing tool and a hot pressing apparatus having the same. According to the present invention, a hot pressing head attaching an anisotropic conductive film (ACF) on a liquid crystal display (LCD) substrate and a heater block supplying heat to the hot pressing head have the same thermal expansion coefficient, and the heater block is provided with a hot pressing tool connected to a moving block by connection units. Also, there is provided a hot pressing apparatus, including the hot pressing tool, which is provided with a support capable of attaching the LCD substrate on the ACF and a transfer instrument. Thus, according to the present invention, the operation can continue with almost no deterioration of the oblateness of the hot pressing head. Also, since the hot pressing apparatus has the structure of connecting the heater block and the hot pressing head together simply by the combination bolts with no need for adjustment bolts, it can be easily manufactured. Also, it is possible to prevent the decrease of work efficiency, and damage to the adjustment bolts caused by excessive use of the adjustment bolts.
