A fuel pump, which supplies fuel is spaced-apart from the fuel tank and is located below the fuel tank and in front of the engine. Further, a center of the fuel pump in the vehicle-width direction is located so as to overlap a vehicle-body center line which extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. Additionally, the fuel pump is mounted on lower main frames, which are positioned below the vehicle body.

    摘要: A headlight support structure for a saddle-type vehicle allows a headlight to be easily mounted easily on a handlebar of the vehicle. The headlight support structure includes a support member. The support member, in turn, includes: an attachment portion fixed to a mounting bracket disposed on a handlebar; a first holding portion covering the handlebar from an upward direction; and a second holding portion covering the handlebar from a forward direction. The headlight support member is supported on the handlebar by having the first and second holding portions supported on the handlebar with gaps interposed therebetween, while having the attachment portion fixed to the mounting bracket on the handlebar. The headlight is supported by first and right wall portions, extending respectively forwardly from right and left sides of a front portion of the support member.

Provided is a double-pipe muffler structure including an inner tube and an outer tube. In the muffler structure, an annular front step portion and an annular rear step portion are formed in the inner tube, while the step portions is brought into contact, from inside, with the outer tube and thus are supported by the outer tube. The outer tube supports the front and the rear step portions by being brought into close contact with the step portions partially and elastically.

    摘要: An intake system with an air cleaner case that is reduced in size with an enhancement in intake efficiency. A tubular tip end portion of a connecting tube provides a connection between the carburetor side and the air cleaner case with the tubular tip end portion being disposed in the air cleaner case. A tubular opening end portion is provided in an air cleaner element contained in the air cleaner case for connecting to the tubular tip end portion of the connecting tube. A large diameter portion is provided in a frame member serving as a core of the air cleaner element for supporting the tubular end portion and the tubular opening end portion in a condition wherein the tubular tip end portion and the tubular opening end portion are fitted to each other. The large diameter portion is larger in diameter than any other portion of the frame member.
