    摘要: In a SPDT switch, a resistor for leak path is connected between a terminal for antenna and a reference potential. The resistor for leak path allows charge capacitances accumulated in electrostatic capacitor elements provided as DC cut capacitors connected to transmission signal terminals and reception signal terminals to be discharged and allows rapid lowering of a potential at the terminal for antenna. In the SPDT switch, a switching characteristic is improved and a delay in the rising edge of a low-power slot which comes after a high-power slot is reduced.

    摘要: A residual image effect is suppressed to improve quality of display of an active matrix type display device. A capacitor line electric potential switching circuit switches an electric potential of a capacitor line from a first capacitor electric potential Vsc1 to a second capacitor electric potential Vsc2 that is higher that the first capacitor electric potential Vsc1, while a power supply electric potential switching circuit switches an electric potential of a power supply line from a first power supply electric potential PVdd1 to a second power supply electric potential PVdd2 that is lower than the first power supply electric potential PVdd1. As a result of synergistic effect, an electric potential Vg at a gate of a driver TFT becomes higher than an electric potential at its source by more than a threshold voltage Vtp of the driver TFT. Assuming carriers are trapped in a gate insulation film of the driver TFT due to writing-in of a display signal in a preceding frame period, the carriers are extracted from the gate insulation film to the source or a drain of the driver TFT. With this, electric characteristics of the driver TFT are initialized.

    摘要: The invention provides a bar-shaped light source emitting light electrically and a manufacturing method thereof, where the light source is minimized and power consumption is reduced. The organic EL bar has an anode having a bar shape (e.g. made of ITO) in a center of the organic EL bar. On a surface of the anode, an organic layer is formed to cover the surface. The organic layer is formed of a hole transport layer, an emissive layer, and an electron transport layer. On a surface of the organic layer, a transparent cathode transmitting light (e.g. a thin film made of aluminum and so on) is formed to cover the surface. The anode and the transparent cathode are connected with a power supply voltage. Light emitted from the organic layer is emitted outside through the transparent cathode.

    摘要: Since a photosensor using a diode is incapable of perform refresh because of the structure, and the leak characteristics are unstable, the diode is not suitable for the photosensor. On the other hand, in a photosensor using a thin film transistor, since light quantity is very small, there has been a problem that feedback is difficult. A detection circuit converting an output current into a voltage is added to a photosensor using a thin film transistor. Thus, it is possible to convert a very small current into a voltage in a desired range enabling feedback. In addition, by varying resistors, capacitors, and the number of TFTs connected in the photosensor included in the circuit, it is made possible to change the sensitivity of the photosensor.
