    摘要: A motor vehicle bumper consisting of an approximately U-shaped relatively elastic base body, of an apron made of elastic plastic material which covers the forwardly disposed web of the base body and is drawn around up to the flanges adjoining the web on both sides, and of a cover constructed as decorative strip and covering at least the remaining visible part of the upwardly disposed flange; the cover is thereby pivotally connected with the base body exclusively by fastening elements disposed substantially in the axial direction of the two bumper supports while the upper flange is surrounded at the end face by clamps formed out of the cover within the area of the bumper supports and possibly also within areas displaced outwardly with respect thereto.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for preparing binders which contain 1) allophanate groups, 2) groups that react with ethylenically unsaturated compounds with polymerization on exposure to actinic radiation (radiation-curing groups) and 3) optionally NCO-reactive groups, by reacting at temperatures ≦130° C. A) one or more NCO-functional compounds containing uretdione groups with B) one or more compounds that contain isocyanate-reactive groups and groups that react with ethylenically unsaturated compounds with polymerization on exposure to actinic radiation (radiation-curing groups), and then C) with one or more saturated, hydroxyl-containing compounds other than B), at least one of these compounds having an OH functionality of ≧2, in the presence of D) a catalyst containing one or more zinc compounds, the reaction with compounds C) taking place at least proportionally with the formation of allophanate groups. The present invention also relates to the binders obtained by the process of the invention.

    摘要: The invention provides innovative blocked polyisocyanates whose crosslinking is initiated thermally and photochemically. The polyisocyanates comprise at least one thermally reversibly blocked NCO group whose blocking agent contains at least one group which on exposure to actinic radiation reacts, with polymerization, with ethylenically unsaturated compounds. A process for preparing the polyisocyanates, and their use in binders, is also provided.
