    摘要: A transformer unit and a power converting device, which lessen the influence of noise caused by an external magnetic flux, while reducing the temperature dependency of a coupling coefficient, and which transfer signals while insulating a low-voltage and a high-voltage side electrically. Air-core type insulated transformers have a first and second winding of a primary winding as a sending side and a first and second winding of a secondary winding as a receiving side. The windings of the primary winding are connected in parallel and are wound so that the directions of magnetic fields generated by an exciting current oppose each other. The windings of the secondary winding are wound so that electromotive forces to be generated by an external magnetic flux cancel each other, and are connected in series so as to raise the electromotive forces by a signal magnetic flux generated by the primary winding.

The origin of a magnetic recording medium can be determined by observing the inner or outer periphery of the magnetic recording medium. Back-side alignment marks are formed on the front side of the magnetic recording medium based on the origin thus determined. The back-side alignment marks can be observed with a microscope and front-side alignment marks for the magnetic recording medium can be provided on the back side of the magnetic recording medium. The alignment marks provided on the front/back sides of the magnetic recording medium are aligned with the corresponding alignment marks provided on the master disc, and a magnetic pattern formed on the soft magnetic material of the master disc is can be transferred to the magnetic recording medium.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a master disk for magnetic transfer, with which a soft magnetic material can be evenly embedded in the grooves of a master disk. A patterned groove is formed on the main surface of a silicon substrate, which is the substrate of a magnetic transfer master disk. A conductive thin film is formed on the main surface of the silicon substrate and the groove surfaces. With this conductive thin film as one electrode, a plating film of a soft magnetic material is deposited on the main surface of the silicon substrate and inside the grooves, on the bottom and sidewalls thereof, by electroplating. Then, just the soft magnetic material deposited on the main surface of the silicon substrate is removed by CMP, causing the soft magnetic material in the interior of the grooves to remain.

    摘要: past positions of a plurality of composing elements indicated by various past arrangement examples are given to each potential function corresponding to one composing element, and parameter values of the potential functions corresponding to the composing elements are automatically set on condition that a past total potential energy obtained by solving the potential functions is minimized. Thereafter, the parameter values are given to the potential functions in which a position of any composing element is not determined, and particular positions of the composing elements are determined on condition that a total potential energy obtained by solving the potential functions is minimized. Because each potential function corresponding to one composing element has an attraction term indicating the attraction between the composing element and the other composing elements and an attraction-repulsion term indicating the setting of the composing element at a position spaced at moderate distances from the other composing elements, the particular positions of the composing elements are set in an optimum arrangement. Accordingly, the optimum arrangement of the composing elements can be automatically obtained without extracting any arrangement knowledge from a skilled person.

The instrument includes a first vibration detector for detecting at least one of a vibration generated in the measurement pipe depending on the mass flow rate and the resonant frequency of the first vibration mode of the measurement pipe; and a second vibration detector for detecting the resonant frequency of the second vibration mode of the measurement pipe. The second vibration detector is provided around an antinode of the second vibration mode of the measurement pipe to improve the detection sensitivity in the second vibration mode.
