    摘要: A subject part-aligning apparatus has a simple structure and causes less damage to chip parts, and operates well even if a chip discharge passage thereof is clogged or overflows with the chip parts. The apparatus has a part-holding chamber for accommodating a number of chip parts. An arc-shaped chute groove is formed in the inner surface of the bottom of the part-holding chamber to orient the chip parts in a given direction and to slidably guide the chips. A gate port is formed at the lower end of the chute groove to permit the chip parts sliding downward in a given orientation along the chute groove to pass in series (e.g., one by one). The discharge passage is formed to be tangential to the chute groove to align the passed chip parts in a line and to discharge the chip parts. A rotary impeller having blades is mounted in the part-holding chamber. The blades urge any chip part halted in an abnormal orientation in the gate port toward a direction opposite to the direction in which the chips are discharged.

    摘要: A part transfer apparatus includes a guide groove for aligning and guiding parts, a blade placed at the bottom of the guide groove so as to move forward and backward in the direction of the groove, and a driving device for reciprocally driving the blade so that the speed of backward movement of the blade is higher than the speed of forward movement. The part transfer apparatus conveys the parts forward by using the difference in frictional force. The driving device includes a cam, and a cam lever having a cam follower in contact with the peripheral surface of the cam. The rear end of the blade is in contact with the front side of the cam lever. Since the rotational motion of the cam is converted into the pivotal motion of the cam lever, and further into the reciprocating motion of the blade, vertical force hardly acts on the blade, and vertical vibration of the blade is inhibited. This makes it possible to prevent parts laid on the blade from being lifted and popped off, and to thereby stably transfer the parts.

    摘要: A part-aligning apparatus is provided which is not overly complex in structure, which reduces the damage to chip parts, and which operates well even if its chip discharge passage is clogged or overflows. The apparatus has a part-holding chamber for accommodating a number of chip parts. The chamber is formed between a stationary drum and a rotary drum. The rotary drum has an annular portion forming an outer wall of the part-holding chamber. An arc-shaped chute groove is formed in the inner surface of the annular portion. At least one gate hole extends through the annular portion and is in communication with the chute groove. An arc-shaped guide groove corresponding in position to the outer opening of the gate hole is formed in the inner surface of the stationary drum. A discharge passage is formed at the lower end of the guide groove. The rotary drum is rotated to align the chip parts and to deliver the chip parts into the discharge passage via the chute groove, the gate hole and guide groove.
