    摘要: A fluorescent display device of the front emission type capable of permitting light-permeable anode conductors to be uniformly formed without any deformation and preventing color filters from being affected by etching carried out for forming the anode conductors. A light-permeable anode substrate is provided thereon with strip-like filters, which are then formed thereon with a uniform and flat protective film of light-permeable, insulating and etching-resistant properties. Then, anode conductors are arranged on the protective film. Thus, the anode conductors can be uniformly formed on the flat protective film irrespective of unevenness on a surface of the filters. Also, the protective film prevents the anode conductors from being exposed to etching liquid used for formation of the anode conductors.

    摘要: A scroll type fluid machine having two scroll members each having an end plate and a spiral wrap formed on the end plate, the scroll members being coupled to each other such that the wraps thereof mate with each other. One of two scroll members being adapted to make an orbitary movement with respect to the other scroll member while being prevented from rotating around its own axis, so as to form at least one working chamber of different pressures between two scroll members. At least two pressing force imparting chambers are formed on the opposite side of the orbitary scroll member to the wrap. The pressing force imparting chambers includes a first chamber which is communicated through a communication passage with at least one of the working chambers which is not materially communicating with a low pressure port and is not at all communicating with a high pressure port of the machine, and a second chamber which is communicated with the high pressure port through a communication passage, so that fluid pressures of different levels are applied to the first and second pressing force imparting chambers so as to produce a force which presses the orbitary scroll member to the other scroll member.

    摘要: A reference angle detecting device includes a control shaft connected to a controlled object, an electric motor causing the control shaft to rotate via a worm gear mechanism, a stopper disposed on a motion track of a worm wheel, an angle sensor that can detect a rotation angle of the control shaft, and a controller. The stopper includes a spring member which is elastically deformable in an operation direction of the worm wheel. The controller drives the electric motor to operate so that the worm wheel may face the stopper, and stores the rotation angle at a time point when a change rate ω of the rotation angle θ detected by the angle sensor changes to a value less than a predetermined threshold ω1 as a reference angle θ0. Therefore, the reference angle can be detected with high accuracy for control of an angle of the control shaft.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, a digital converter is provided to process output signals of a resolver attached to a rotating apparatus. These output signals are converted into digital signals by ΔΣ AD converters. Multiplication units receive the digital signals outputted from the ΔΣ AD converters. A subtraction unit subtracts the outputs of the multiplication units. A synchronous detection unit detects the output of the subtraction unit based on a synchronization signal synchronously. An angular velocity calculation unit adjusts a proportional gain of an output of the synchronous detection unit, compensates the phase thereof, and calculates the angular velocity of the rotating apparatus. A rotational angle calculation unit calculates a rotational angle by integrating the angular velocity. Cosine and sine output units output a cosine and a sine corresponding to the obtained rotational angle to the multiplication units, respectively.
