    摘要: The present invention relates to a biological component measurement apparatus set, in which a puncture mechanism for puncturing skin of a subject to collect a sample blood is integrated with a biosensor measurement apparatus. The puncture mechanism includes a puncture needle, and a cap which is detachably engaged with a body of the apparatus, wherein the cap has a skin contact surface which is brought into contact with the skin for puncturing. The skin contact surface having an opening through which the puncture needle moves to puncture the skin, and is shaped so as to fit a surface shape of the skin to be punctured. The set includes a plurality of different caps each corresponding to a different sample collection site so that a plurality of different sample collection sites can be selected.

The sample solution contains a peptide, and the working electrode 2 includes a metal, and at least a part of a surface of the working electrode 2 is covered with a film 10 of an organic compound containing at least one sulfur atom.

Mounting end portion 20 of biosensor 2 to be mounted in measuring apparatus 3 has an extension of one base plate in the length direction, and further extensions of the other base plate in the width direction. Sensor mounting portion 30 of measuring apparatus 3 has a shape matching up with the shape of mounting end portion 20. Thereby wrong insertion of biosensor 2 in measuring apparatus 3 can be prevented. Further, varying shapes of plural biosensors 5 and 6 to have a common part and a non-common part, such biosensors can be handily measured by one measuring apparatus 7.

The sample receiving section 15 has a reagent section 7 including an enzyme reacted with a test substance as a substrate. The quality deciding section 13 includes a recess 17 formed in the substrate 1, the moisture absorbing material 16 disposed in the recess 17 and a film 18 with no air permeability substantially covering the opening of the recess 17 and closely adhered to the moisture absorbing material 16. Cobalt salt is used as the moisture absorbing material 16.
