    摘要: A method for manufacturing a lining element is provided. The method comprises laying a textile membrane onto a positive molding tool, applying first fibers and a matrix material onto at least one first region of the textile membrane for creating a semi-finished product of a framework supported textile, providing at least one sealing element along outer edges of the molding tool, covering the textile membrane and the at least one sealing element in an air tight manner by a covering means, evacuating the space between the molding tool and the covering means and curing the matrix material by heating the semi-finished product. Thereby, a lining element with a low weight and at the same time a sufficient directional stability is provided that furthermore allows to easily recycle the components of the lining element.

    摘要: Portable apparatus for curing a part includes a wheeled frame having sliding part supports that move the part from a loading position to a curing position. A part clamping assembly is slidably mounted on the frame to apply clamping pressure to the part when the part is in the curing position in order to compact the part during a cure cycle. The clamping assembly includes a set of electrically heated shoes that heat the part to a cure temperature. A fan is provided to accelerate cool down the part after curing is complete. The heating and cooling operations are automatically performed by a programmed controller.

    摘要: The device, for reinforcing the area of a part that serves to transmit force, includes two elements for clamping the part. The part can be made of a composite material with reinforcement fibers embedded in a resin. The force transmitted is in the drape-forming plane of the reinforcement fibers of the part. The two elements are at a portion of the part, and at least one linking body connects the two elements with pre-stress so as to generate compression at the portion. At least one linking body is secured to another part with a view to transmitting force.
