    摘要: An actuator for controlling the movement of an element between two stable positions with pulsed electrical control without a change in polarity comprises: a ferromagnetic mobile mass, at least one electrically controlled wire coil that is fixed with respect to the mobile mass, at least two ferromagnetic poles that are fixed with respect to the mobile mass and on either side of the mobile mass. The actuator comprises at least one permanent magnet that attracts the mobile mass in order to achieve the two stable positions. The mobile mass defines, with the ferromagnetic poles, at least two variable air gaps during the movement of the mobile apparatus. The magnetic flux of the permanent magnet opposes the magnetic flux generated by the at least one coil regardless of the position of the mobile mass.

    摘要: The present invention provides a novel stacked inductor and an electronic component module having the novel stacked inductor, wherein the multilayer stacked inductor is fabricated by stacking a top magnetic material layer, a plurality of first middle magnetic material layers, at least one second middle magnetic material layer, at least one non-magnetic material layer, and a bottom magnetic material layer. In the present invention, a second metal layer formed on the non-magnetic material layer and a first metal layer formed on the first middle magnetic material layer have a first line width ratio, and a third metal layer formed on the second middle magnetic material layer and the first metal layer have a second line width ratio. Therefore, the DC resistance and the quality factor of this novel multilayer stacked inductor can be optimized based on the first and second line width ratio.

    摘要: An ignition transformer for use with a spark ignition system for an internal combustion engine includes a central core, a primary coil, a secondary coil, and a magnetic return. The central core defines a first end and a second end. The primary coil is used to vary magnetic energy into the central core in response to a primary current applied to the primary coil. The secondary coil is used to generate a secondary voltage in response to changes in the magnetic energy in the central core. The magnetic return defines a return-path to couple magnetic energy from the first end to the second end. A permeability value of the return-path is selected so the transformer has a secondary-current versus time-response characteristic that decays to fifty-percent (50%) of an initial secondary current when ten percent (10%) to twenty-five percent (25%) of a burn-time interval has passed.

    摘要: A process for the manufacture of soft magnetic composite components is provided comprising the steps of die compacting a powder composition comprising a mixture of soft magnetic, iron or iron-based powder, the core particles of which are surrounded by an electrically insulating, inorganic coating, and an organic lubricant in an amount of 0.05 to 1.5% by weight of the composition, the organic lubricant being free from metal and having a temperature of vaporisation less than the decomposition temperature of the coating; ejecting the compacted body from the die; heating the compacted body in a non-reducing atmosphere to a temperature above the vaporisation temperature of the lubricant and below the decomposition temperature of the inorganic coating for removing the lubricant from the compacted body, and subjecting the obtained body to heat treatment at a temperature between 3000 and 6000 in water vapour. The invention also concerns soft magnetic composite components having a transverse rupture strength of at least 100 MPa, a permeability of at least 700, and a core loss at 1 Tesla and 400 Hz of at most 70 W/kg.
