    Abstract: A base station is partitioned into a part executed on virtualization platform and a plurality of Radio Transceiver Points (R-TPs).
    It is established at least one CCord (Central Controller or Central Coordinator) of the base station, connected with the virtualized part of the base station and to the plurality of R-TPs by at least one control logical interface.
    Communications with the User Equipment (UE) implement a protocol split: on each R-TP, at least MAC (Medium Access Control) functions and a modulation function as part of PHY (Physical Layer) functions and on the virtualization platform at least PDCP (Packed Data Convergence Protocol) functions.
    CCord collects reports from each R-TP, with respect to usage status of belonging, allocated or assigned resources to each R-TP for downlink or uplink communications, and based on the collected reports selects at least one new serving R-TP of the UE.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for transmitting a cross-resource event notification, an electronic device and a system. The method for transmitting a cross-resource event notification includes: acquiring registration requests of m terminal devices, and creating a resource for each of the m terminal devices, respectively, to obtain m resources, wherein a numerical value of m is an integer greater than or equal to 2; acquiring a cross-resource subscription request from a resource subscription entity, wherein the cross-resource subscription request includes a single-resource event notification criterion for each of the m resources and a cross-resource event notification criterion; and determining that the cross-resource event notification criterion is satisfied in response to n resources among the m resources satisfying respective single-resource event notification criteria, and transmitting the cross-resource event notification to a resource subscription entity, wherein a numerical value of n is a positive integer smaller than the numerical value of m.

A service layer information management architecture uses three categories of atomic objects, subjects, actions, and descriptions.     Abstract: Disclosed are a control method, system and device with edge cloud service stability. The control method comprises the following steps of: first step: acquiring quality data of a task executor, monitoring data of an edge server, reward data of a task requester and supervision data of a cloud platform; second step: establishing revenue functions of the task executor, the cloud platform, the task requester and the edge server to obtain replication dynamic equations; and third step: establishing a Jacobian matrix to obtain a system stabilization strategy. Through the combination of the cloud platform and the edge server, a transmission amount of remote data is reduced, a time delay of network transmission is reduced, and an operation cost of the network is reduced.

    Abstract: The current document is directed to efficient, distributed-search methods and subsystems within distributed computer systems, including computer systems distributed over multiple sets of geographically distributed data centers, each comprising multiple discrete computer systems, such as multi-processor servers. In one implementation, the distributed-search methods and subsystems are implemented locally within participating entities as well as within one or more distributed-search engines. Each search is directed, by a participant, to identify attribute-associated entities within, provided by, connected to, or otherwise accessible to a distributed computing system having attribute values specified or indicated by the search query. Certain attribute values are continuously collected and centrally stored by the one or more centralized distributed-search engines while other attribute values are obtained through information requests distributed among participating entities.
