Abstract: A base station is partitioned into a part executed on virtualization platform and a plurality of Radio Transceiver Points (R-TPs).
It is established at least one CCord (Central Controller or Central Coordinator) of the base station, connected with the virtualized part of the base station and to the plurality of R-TPs by at least one control logical interface.
Communications with the User Equipment (UE) implement a protocol split: on each R-TP, at least MAC (Medium Access Control) functions and a modulation function as part of PHY (Physical Layer) functions and on the virtualization platform at least PDCP (Packed Data Convergence Protocol) functions.
CCord collects reports from each R-TP, with respect to usage status of belonging, allocated or assigned resources to each R-TP for downlink or uplink communications, and based on the collected reports selects at least one new serving R-TP of the UE.-

Abstract: Methods, systems and computer program products for shared content management systems. In a content management system that supports multiple applications that operate on shared documents, multiple modules are operatively interconnected to make and present activity-based application recommendations. Techniques for making activity-based application recommendations include recording a series of interaction events from multiple users, which events correspond to a series of interactions performed by a plurality of applications over a shared content object. Constituent interaction events from the series of interactions are analyzed to determine a set of recommended applications. The set of recommended applications is presented to a user in a dynamically-populated user interface.

Abstract: A managed container may have a managed cache storing content managed by or through an application gateway server computer. The managed container may receive a request for content from an application running in a secure shell provided by the managed container on a client device. The managed container may determine whether the client device is within a specified geographical location. If not, the managed container may deny or restrict the application access to the requested content. The access denial or restriction may continue until a connection is made to the application gateway server computer or until the client device has returned to within the specified geographical location. If the client device is within the specified geographical location, the managed container may provide or restore access to requested content. Embodiments of the managed container can therefore perform geofencing by disabling or limiting access to content based on predetermined secure/insecure designations.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method for transmitting a cross-resource event notification, an electronic device and a system. The method for transmitting a cross-resource event notification includes: acquiring registration requests of m terminal devices, and creating a resource for each of the m terminal devices, respectively, to obtain m resources, wherein a numerical value of m is an integer greater than or equal to 2; acquiring a cross-resource subscription request from a resource subscription entity, wherein the cross-resource subscription request includes a single-resource event notification criterion for each of the m resources and a cross-resource event notification criterion; and determining that the cross-resource event notification criterion is satisfied in response to n resources among the m resources satisfying respective single-resource event notification criteria, and transmitting the cross-resource event notification to a resource subscription entity, wherein a numerical value of n is a positive integer smaller than the numerical value of m.

Abstract: A content request is received from a device of a user. A plurality of candidate content items is identified. Each candidate content item has a bid value. A relevancy value is automatically generated for each candidate content item. The relevancy value indicates whether the candidate content item is likely to be skipped by the user. For each candidate content item, a combined value is automatically generated by adjusting the bid value using the relevancy value generated for the candidate content item. One or more candidate content items are automatically selected based on the combined value generated for each of the one or more candidate content items. The one or more selected candidate content items are automatically integrated into at least one placeholder area among one or more pre-selected content items as part of the aggregated content. The aggregated content is presented on the device of the user.
