摘要: The filtration material includes a supporting layer, a first selective layer disposed on the supporting layer, and a second selective layer disposed on the first selective layer. The first selective layer includes a polyimide and an ionic polymer intertwined with the polyimide. In particular, the polyimide includes at least one repeat unit having a structure represented by Formula (I) wherein A1 is A2 is R1 and R2 are independently —H, —CF3, —OH, —Br, —Cl, —F, C1-6 alkyl group, or C1-6 alkoxy group; and X and Y are independently single bond, —O—, —CH2—, —C(CH3)2—, or —NH—.

摘要: To provide: a purification method which uses a polyimide and/or polyamide imide porous membrane that exhibits excellent removal performance for impurities such as metals, and wherein a liquid that is a silylating agent liquid, a film forming material or a diffusing agent composition is an object to be purified; a purification method for purifying a silicon compound-containing liquid that contains a silicon compound which is capable of producing a silanol group by hydrolysis; a method for producing a silylating agent liquid, a film forming material or a diffusing agent composition, which uses the purification method; a filter medium which is composed of the above-described porous membrane; and a filter device which comprises the above-described porous membrane. A purification method for purifying a liquid, which comprises a step in which some or all of the liquid is caused to permeate through a polyimide and/or polyamide imide porous membrane having communicating pores from one side to the other side by means of differential pressure, and wherein the liquid is a silylating agent liquid, a film forming material or a diffusing agent composition that is used for diffusing a dopant into a semiconductor substrate.

摘要: The present invention provides a gas separation composite which has high heat resistance and mechanical strength, prevents a support layer from being deformed or damaged by heat during formation of a gas separation membrane and heat during a gas separation operation, and properly supports a gas separation layer to obtain high gas permeability and gas separation properties; and a method of producing the gas separation composite. The gas separation composite includes a metal support having a plurality of through holes in the thickness direction and a gas separation layer laminated on the surface of the metal support. The thickness of the gas separation layer is in a range of 0.1 to 5 μm, the average opening diameter of the through holes of the metal support is in a range of 0.1 to 30 μm, and the opening ratio thereof is in a range of 0.05% to 10%.

摘要: The present invention relates to the production of a hydroxyl polyimide-co-polyimide membrane, the fabrication of a thermally rearranged poly(benzoxazole-co-imide) membrane by thermally treating the hydroxyl polyimide-co-polyimide membrane, and the application of the thermally rearranged poly(benzoxazole-co-imide) membrane to membrane distillation. The thermally rearranged poly(benzoxazole-co-imide) separation membrane has high liquid entry pressure, low thermal conductivity, high permeate flux, and good long-term stability, as well as excellent thermal and chemical properties. Due to these advantages, the copolymer separation membrane can be applied to membrane distillation processes.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method of making a crosslinked membrane such as a crosslinked hollow fiber membrane. The method comprises (a) preparing a polyimide polymer comprising carboxylic acid functional groups from a reaction solution comprising monomers and at least one solvent; (b) treating the polyimide polymer with a diol at esterification conditions to form a monoesterified polyimide polymer; (c) forming a monoesterified polyimide membrane or dense film from the monoesterified polyimide polymer; and (d) subjecting the monoesterified polyimide membrane or dense film to transesterification conditions under a CO2 atmosphere to form a crosslinked polyimide membrane or dense film.
