摘要: A system for laminating two different materials together allows for an operator to adjust one or more aspects of the overall system in order to produce a more robust resultant product. A first material, such as a cloth material, may be laminated to a second material, such as a latex, while controlling various aspects of the two materials within the context of the system for producing the laminated materials. One aspect that may be controlled is the speed at which each material is fed into the system. Another aspect may be the angle at which each material is fed into a first set of rollers. A third aspect may be the tension in which each roll of material is held during the laminating procedure. A fourth aspect may be the temperature of one or more rollers in the system for bringing about the lamination and adhering of the two materials together.

摘要: Apparatus for splicing expiring and replenishing webs of a web material includes first and second spaced platens having respective facing inner surfaces defining a passageway for transit of the expiring web, where the platens are adapted for displacement toward and away from one another in a reciprocating manner. The first platen is adapted to engage an end of the replenishing web, while the second platen is adapted to engage and position the moving expiring web. Moving the platens together with their respective inner surfaces in close proximity to one another causes a cutting die on the first platen to sever the expiring web forming outfeeding and infeeding ends of the expiring web, and to attach the expiring web's outfeeding end to the replenishing web. Attached to the second platen in facing relation to the first platen and engaging the expiring web is an ironing pad to ensure firm contact and adhesion of expiring web to the replenishing web. During web splicing, the cutting die is transferred from the first platen to the second platen to free the replenishing web from the first platen, with the cutting die engaging and collecting or holding the expiring web's infeeding end.

摘要: A method for repairing an aircraft structure made of composite material which comprises a damaged zone having at least one bend. The method comprises the stacking of at least two sheets of composite material, which each have a thickness allowing manual deformation thereof, a first sheet being applied to the damaged zone and shaped manually so as to follow said at least one bend of the zone, a second sheet being applied to the first sheet and shaped manually so as to follow the shape of the first sheet thus shaped. The use of individual sheets makes it possible to bend them to the desired bend without tools and the resulting stack provides the desired rigidity.

摘要: An automatic gluing machine includes an automatic gluing mechanism. The automatic gluing mechanism includes a sleeve, a pushing component mounted to the sleeve, an assembling head, and a driving module including a gear module. The sleeve is equipped with a first sleeve gear. The pushing component includes a rotating body and a first rotary gear. The assembling head is assembled inside the sleeve. The gear module cooperates the first rotary gear to drive the rotating body to rotate bidirectionally. The gear module cooperates with the first sleeve gear to make the sleeve to rotate in a single direction. A rotation speed difference between the first rotary gear and the first sleeve gear is generated, so after every rotation of the assembling head, a single-direction rotation displacement of the assembling head is generated relative to a last rotation of the assembling head.

摘要: A process to apply pressure sensitive adhesive to cut sheet media and eliminate a separate release liner. A Silicone release layer is applied (post fuser) on a top surface of the media and then UV cured. A pressure sensitive adhesive layer is applied next. The cut sheets are then stacked and a compressive force is applied that transfers the pressure sensitive adhesive from one sheet to another and helps hold the stack together.

A second receptacle, separate from the first receptacle, stores a free-flowing substance and includes an associated second withdrawal device. The first withdrawal device is configured to generate an aerobic adhesive layer with a height profile on the base. The second withdrawal device is configured to generate a surface layer of the free-flowing substance on the layer of aerobic adhesive with height profile to form a layer, whereby volumetric incorporations or inclusions of the free-flowing substance are formed in the aerobic adhesive when the object is pressed onto the layer structure.

摘要: Systems and techniques are provided for membrane bonding. A photoresist may be applied to an ultrasonic device. A portion of the photoresist may be removed. A bonding agent may be applied a portion of the photoresist that is not removed. A membrane may be placed on the ultrasonic device such that the membrane is in contact with the ultrasonic device through the bonding agent and the photoresist. The membrane and the ultrasonic device may be placed in between a first flat plate and a second flat plate, such that the second flat plate rests on top of the membrane. Light pressure may be applied to the membrane. The light pressure may be applied by one or more of the weight of the second flat plate and a pressure providing device applying pressure to either or both of the first flat plate and the second flat plate.

摘要: Systems and techniques are provided for membrane bonding. A bonding agent may be applied to one or both of an ultrasonic device and membrane. The membrane may be placed on the ultrasonic device such that the membrane is in contact with the ultrasonic device through the bonding agent. The membrane and the ultrasonic device may be placed in between a first flat plate and a second flat plate, such that the second flat plate rests on top of the membrane.
