摘要: A hard coating film including: a polymer binder resin; first inorganic particles which are dispersed in the polymer binder resin and have an average particle size of 5 nm or more and less than 70 nm; and second inorganic particles which are dispersed in the polymer binder resin and have an average particle size of 70 nm to 150 nm, wherein a content of the second inorganic particles having an average particle size of 70 nm to 150 nm is 4% by weight to 12% by weight, and a maximum amplitude (A) based on an average friction force is 0.15 or less in a graph of measuring a friction force with a TAC film which is measured by applying a load of 400 g to the surface thereof, is provided.

摘要: One embodiment provides a molded body that includes a resin substrate and in which: a part or all of the surface of the substrate is coated with a hard coat; a first hard coat is formed from a coating material that does not contain inorganic particles and that contains (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, (B) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water-repelling agent, and (C) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent; and a second hard coat is formed from a coating material containing (A) 100 parts by mass of the polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (D) 50-300 parts by mass of fine inorganic particles having an average particle size of 1-300 nm. Another embodiment provides a molded body that includes a resin substrate and in which a part or all of the surface of the substrate is coated with a hard coat, a first hard coat is formed from a coating material that does not contain inorganic particles, a second hard coat is formed from a coating material containing inorganic particles, (i) the total light transmittance is 85% or more, and (ii) the pencil hardness of the surface of the first hard coat is 5H or more.

摘要: An essentially 100% solids, single-component, UV curable, low-viscosity, penetrating sealant composition for wood substrates and other porous substrates is prepared from an acrylate-methacrylate mixture, a functionalized resin, an unsaturated fatty acid triglyceride oil, and a photoinitiator. The sealant composition may further contain a metal catalyst, an amine synergist, fillers, pigments, dyes, flow and leveling additives, air release chemicals, UV absorbers, hindered amine light stabilizers, fungicides, insect repellents, and/or mold inhibitors. The sealant composition exhibits fast cure times along with resistance to degradation.

摘要: A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for use for a battery is provided. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet comprises a base material, a hard coat layer provided at one side of the base material, and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer provided at a side of the hard coat layer opposite to the base material. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet can well maintain the adhesive strength to suppress delamination from an adherend even in case of contact with an electrolyte solution.

摘要: The present teachings are directed at 1,1-di substituted alkene monomers (e.g., methylene beta-ketoester monomers), methods for producing the same, polymerizable compositions including a methylene beta-ketoester monomer, and polymers, compositions and products formed therefrom. The monomer preferably is a high purity monomer. In the method for producing the methylene beta-ketoesters of the invention, a beta-ketoester may be reacted with a source of formaldehyde. The methylene beta-ketoester monomers may be used in monomer-based products (e.g., inks, adhesives, coatings, sealants or reactive molding) and polymer-based products (e.g., fibers, films, sheets, medical polymers, composite polymers and surfactants).

Embodiments of the invention also relate to a layered transparent resin product which includes a hardcoat layer and a layer of a transparent resin sheet in this order from the outermost layer side, wherein the hardcoat has been formed from a coating material including 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; 0.2-4 parts by mass of a compound having an alkoxysilyl group and a (meth)acryloyl group; 0.05-3 parts by mass of an organic titanium; and 5-100 parts by mass of fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm.
