    摘要: Widening the frequency range without increasing the power consumption. Current circuits output charge current based on control current. Capacitors are provided in association with the current circuits and store the charge current. Discharge transistors are provided in association with the capacitors and cause the capacitors to discharge electric charge. On-off transistors are connected between the current circuits and the capacitors and open or close the paths between the current circuits and the capacitors in accordance with the voltages across the capacitors. Signal output transistors have their gates connected between the current circuits and the on-off transistors and output signals to a flip-flop in accordance with the charge current. The flip-flop drives the discharge transistors alternately in accordance with the signals.

The preamplifier includes a variable gain amplifier connected to a light receiving element for converting a received light signal to electric current; a variable feedback resistor connected to an input and output of the variable gain amplifier; and a band detection circuit for detecting a signal band amplified by the variable gain amplifier, wherein a band control signal obtained from the band detection circuit controls the band of the variable gain amplifier.

    摘要: A flow meter for a multiphase flow which comprises a cross-correlation flow meter (26) for measuring basic values to calculate component ratios of respective fluids constituting a multiphase fluid (2) comprising a gas and a plurality of liquids in a pipe (1) through which the multiphase fluid flows; and an arithmetic circuit (22) for calculating flow rates of the respective fluids, which acquires information concerning ratios of liquid phase components of the multiphase fluid (2) on the basis of both measured values obtained by the cross-correlation flow meter (26) at an instance when the pipe (1) is filled with liquid alone during the passage of the multiphase fluid (2) through the pipe (1) provided with the cross-correlation flow meter (26) and characteristic values of the respective fluids of the multiphase fluid (2), acquires information concerning ratios of the respective fluids from a time average of the measurements obtained by the cross-correlation flow meter (26) and the respective characteristic values, then obtains the component ratios of the respective fluids by utilizing the fact that a sum of the component ratios of the respective fluids becomes (1), calculates an average flow velocity of the multiphase fluid (2) from time between fluctuations of the measured values obtained by the cross-correlation flow meter (26), and calculates flow rates of the respective fluids by utilizing the respective component ratios and the average flow velocity.

    摘要: DC components are removed by a first and a second capacitor from a normal signal and its inverted signal from a first and a second input terminal, and the signals are input to a DC level generating circuit. The DC level generating circuit newly adds a DC component to the respective signals from which the DC components are removed by the first and the second capacitors, and extracts only a DC voltage from a feedback voltage with a low-pass filter using the fist and the second capacitors. The circuit of the DC level generating circuit which includes the low-pass filter using the first and the second capacitors is configured so that a high-frequency cut-off frequency other than that included into a loop gain by the low-pass filter is not included. Consequently, only one high-frequency cut-off frequency exists in the loop gain, thereby preventing a feedback circuit from oscillating.

    摘要: Disclosed is a delay circuit for delaying at least the timing of a rising edge or the timing of a falling edge of an input signal alternating between first and second levels. The delay circuit includes (1) a charge pump in which first and second field-effect transistors of different channels are serially connected; (2) a capacitor connected in parallel with the first field-effect transistor; (3) a charging current control circuit for passing a charging current into the capacitor via the second field-effect transistor of the charge pump when the input signal is at the first level; (4) a discharge current control circuit for releasing a discharge current from the capacitor via the first field-effect transistor when the input signal is at the second level; and (5) a discrimination circuit for outputting a signal of a prescribed logic level based upon a terminal voltage of the capacitor. The values of the charging current and discharge current of the capacitor are controlled to control the slope of the input voltage to the discrimination circuit, thereby adjusting the delay time.
