摘要: The cooling apparatus comprises an air supply system, a water supply system, and a sprayer, and has a structure such that water and compressed air are mixed and the air is sprayed together with the water converted into mist onto the upper surface of a device attached to a socket of a burn-in board. The heat generated by the device is removed via the mist and air that falls on the upper surface. When a burn-in test is conducted the cooling apparatus adjusts the water and air supply so that the device is cooled to the target temperature.

摘要: An ink cartridge 1 attachable to an ink jet printer, includes a liquid chamber 5 for accommodating an ink liquid 4, a liquid supply port 7 to be connected to a liquid receiving portion 2a on the ink jet printer side, a liquid passage 9 for causing the liquid chamber 5 to communicate with the liquid supply port 7, and an ink end sensor 13 forming a part of the liquid passage 9 and serving to detect a presence or absence of the ink liquid 4 in the liquid chamber 5. The liquid passage 9 on a downstream of the ink end sensor 13 is provided with a buffer chamber 15 capable of storing the ink liquid 4 to be supplied to the liquid supply port 7 and supplying the ink liquid in a constant amount after the ink end sensor 13 detects that the liquid is not present. An amount of storage of the liquid in the buffer chamber 15 is set to be substantially 10% of an effective amount of the ink liquid to be accommodated in the liquid cartridge 1.

摘要: The analog-to-digital converter array 13 includes one analog-to-digital converter 210 for each row of photodetectors 120 in the photodetector array 11. The image-processing unit 14 includes the plurality of processing circuits 400 for performing high-speed image processing. The signal converter 17 combines the output signals from the analog-to-digital converter array 13 with output signals from the image-processing unit 14. Under control of the control circuit 15 and the signal conversion controller 19, the signal converter 17 downconverts the composite signal at an important timing to a frame rate suitable for display on the monitor 18 and subsequently displays the signal on the monitor 18.
