摘要: A control device of a machine tool (100) has an input unit (1) for inputting the processing profile data (1a) and the workpiece data (1b) of the material and a profile of the workpiece to be processed. The control device input unit (1) also can receive a tool path changing operation command (1c), a manual operation command (1d) and a processing condition changing command. A data base (3) for storing at least one of the mechanical data of the machine tool to process the workpiece and the tool data of the tool mounted on the machine tool provides a signal to an estimating calculation unit (7) for estimating at least a processing load or the occurrence of interference of the tool with the workpiece based on the data inputted by the input unit (1) and the data stored in the data base (3). A tool path deciding unit (5) calculates a tool path to process the workpiece and decides processing conditions such as spindle rotating speed and the feed speed for the machine tool (11) based on the output of the estimating calculation unit (7).

摘要: The process of this invention produces high-octane gasoline blending stock advantageously by treating light hydrocarbons mainly comprising of paraffins and/or olefins having 2 to 7 carbon atoms at a hydrogen partial pressure of 5 kg/cm.sup.2 or less and at a temperature of 350.degree. to 650.degree. C. in the presence of a catalyst composition containing ammonia-modified crystalline aluminogallosilicates of high initial activity and long life obtained by contacting hydrogen type aluminogallosilicates with ammonia under a dry condition as catalyst component.

摘要: A force measuring device mainly used as a weighing device, comprising first and second horizontal cantilever members disposed parallel with each other in a common vertical plane, a weighing cradle attached to the free end of the first member, and a metal string stretched between the free ends of both members. The string is placed between a pair of magnetic poles so that it vibrates at its inherent frequency functionally relating to its tension and, therefore, a load applied to the weighing cradle. The frequency of the string is measured and the value of the applied load is calculated therefrom by an electronic calculating circuit. In order to overcome a problem of frequency deviation caused by variation in the spring constants of both cantilever members due to variation in the surrounding temperature, the inventive device includes a temperature sensor and arithmetic circuitry for applying compensation for the error due to the temperature change to the calculation of the applied force.

摘要: The weighing apparatus according to the invention is for use on a support surface which is subject to vibration. The apparatus includes a base adapted to be positioned on the support surface and having opposing first and second sides. The base is adapted to transmit vibrations from the support surface. A tray holds the product to be weighed and has a center of gravity adjacent the first side of the base. A load cell supports the tray on the base at the first side of the base. Strain gauges connected to the load cell generate a signal indicative of the weight of the tray and any product held thereby. The signal includes oscillating noise corresponding to vibrations transmitted by the base through the load cell to the tray. An auxiliary beam and counterbalance weight stablize the tray by minimizing at least some of the vibrations transmitted to the tray and by converting at least some of the lower frequency vibrations transmitted to the tray into vibrations having a frequency which is higher than the frequency of the lower frequency vibrations. The tray transmits reverse-phase vibrations to the load cell which result in noise in the signal. The auxiliary beam and counterbalance converts at least some of the reverse-phase vibrations transmitted to the load cell into vibrations having a frequency which is higher than the frequency of the reverse-phase vibrations.

摘要: An apparant density measuring device for a weighing machine comprising a bucket having a known loading volume. Product is fed to the bucket in an amount sufficient to cause overflow from the bucket, the bucket being vibrated for a specific time during this feeding operation. After completion of the feeding operation, the loaded bucket is weighed.

摘要: An automatically controlled combination weighing machine, which is generally used for packing a plurality of articles in each bag or the like so that each bag contains a predetermined weight of articles, the machine possesses a plurality of weighing units for weighing a plurality of articles each at the same time to produce corresponding weight indicative signals, respectively, arithmetic means for selecting some of these weighing units so that the total weight of the articles on the selected weighing units meets a predetermined qualification, and means for unloading and loading the selected weighing units with articles automatically. An automatic control device is provided for the loading means for controlling the feeding rate or amount of the articles to the unloaded weighing units on the basis of the average weight of the articles on the remaining non-selected weighing units so that all of the weighing units can uniformly participate in the selected combinations and be unloaded in turn.
