A gap formed between the conductive film and an insulating sheet provided between the conductive film and the deflection yoke, due to dimensional error, is filled with insulating silicone grease, so as to avoid secular degradation of insulation which otherwise may occur due to accumulation of dust and other matters.

    摘要: An improvement of a piston type compressor is disclosed. The compressor has a cylinder block that includes a plurality of cylinder bores and a plurality of suction passages. Each of the suction passages extends through the cylinder block to connect a crank chamber with a suction chamber. The suction chamber is connected with the cylinder bores via a plurality of suction ports located in association with the cylinder bores. Each cylinder bore accommodating a piston that moves therein to circulate gas between the compressor and an external gas circuit. The gas introduced into the crank chamber from the external gas circuit is supplied to the suction chamber through each suction passage and is supplied from the suction chamber to each cylinder bore through an associated suction port. The suction passages are smaller in number than the cylinder bores. The suction ports are disposed in the vicinity of an opening of the suction passages.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, a solid-state imaging device includes a diffusion layer, first and second diffusion layers, and p-type amorphous silicon compound. The diffusion layer of a first conduction type is formed in a surface of a semiconductor substrate of the first conduction type. The diffusion layer functions as a charge accumulation part for accumulating electrons generated in the semiconductor substrate by light emitted from a back side of the semiconductor substrate to a surface side. The first and second diffusion layers of a second conduction type sandwich the charge accumulation part and are formed so as to reach the inside of the semiconductor substrate from the surface of the semiconductor substrate. The p-type amorphous silicon compound electrically isolates the charge accumulation part and is buried in the first and second trenches formed on the back side of the semiconductor substrate.
