    摘要: The logic blocks which were swept out from a non-compression cache memory are compressed by a compressing circuit and are combined to a compression group (logic sector size) of a fixed length in which a plurality of compression data are collected by a compression group forming unit. The compression group is stored into a logic sector of a disk drive through a compression cache memory. A correspondence relation with a plurality of logic blocks included in the logic sectors of a disk is registered in a mapping table. In response to a request by the logic block number from the host computer, the logic sector (compression group) of the disk drive is read and written with reference to the mapping table.

    摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit device can prevent a crack in a silicon nitride layer acting as a dielectric thin film of a capacitance element. A lower electrode of a gate polycrystalline silicon is formed on a LOCOS oxide film. A BPSG film is formed as an interlayer insulating film. An opening as well as first and second contact holes surrounding the opening are formed. A silicon nitride film is deposited on the opening and then an upper electrode is formed on the silicon nitride film. A take-out electrode extending out of the first contact hole is in contact with the lower electrode. The first and second contact holes separate the BPSG film into a first portion surrounding the silicon nitride film and a second portion outside the first portion.

    摘要: An electric vehicle control device is disclosed, which includes an AC motor for driving a vehicle; a main electric power conversion unit for supplying an AC voltage to the AC motor; a battery for supplying a DC voltage to the main electric power conversion unit; an auxiliary electric power conversion unit connected to the battery and adapted to be connected to a load or a power supply; a controller for controlling the main and auxiliary electric power conversion units so as to act selectively as an inverter or a converter; and a switching unit for giving selectively the AC motor the AC voltage from the main and auxiliary electric power conversion units under control of the controller. In the running mode of the electric vehicle, the controller described above makes the main electric power conversion unit act as an inverter and controls the switching unit so that the AC voltage from the main electric power conversion unit is given to the AC motor. Further, responding to detection of a failure of the main electric power conversion unit, the controller makes the auxiliary electric power conversion unit act as an inverter and controls the switching unit so that the AC voltage from the auxiliary electric power conversion unit is given to the AC motor.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a generator control unit having improved voltage response in a system which is not provided with a battery in a DC output unit.In order to control the DC voltage of the DC voltage output terminal in a state where an electric load is connected to the DC voltage output terminal of a power generation unit, a PWM signal generation unit 429 generates a field voltage to be applied to a field winding terminal of the power generation unit. A feedback control unit 422 calculates a field voltage command value to be given to the PWM signal generation unit 429. Further, the feedback control unit 422 includes a PT control unit 423 which calculates a voltage deviation between a DC voltage detection value and a DC voltage command value to generate the field voltage command value through a PI operation based on the voltage deviation. The feedback control unit 422 includes compensation units 424 and 425 which generate a field voltage command value after compensating the output of the PT control unit 423 for the voltage deviation based on input/output transfer characteristics of the generator from the field voltage to the DC voltage.
