    摘要: An engraving apparatus of rubbing rollers for manufacturing retarder films is provided. The engraving apparatus comprises a body and an engraving end including a plurality of micro-groove structures. The plurality of micro-groove structures of the engraving end are arranged in parallel or irregularly. The engraving apparatus rubs on the rollers using the engraving end in a predetermined direction. Then the predetermined pattern structures are rubbed on the roller. In the rubbing process, the engraving apparatus can rub different pattern structures backwards and forwards directly without to move the engraving apparatus to the starting position of engraving paths. It keeps the manufacturing speed to manufacture the retarder film for saving the process time and the manufactured retarder film with the accuracy.

    摘要: A method to fabricate a hierarchical graduated-branched structure that grows in a three-dimensional pattern down to fractal-branching, nano-size level is detailed. The fractal patterning is accomplished on a three-dimensional (i.e., non-planar) surface, by exposing the surface to a properly focused particle beam, which causes the spontaneous growth of graduated branches all over the surface. The structure can be fabricated with a single material and the fractal-patterning is done in a one step process. No addition of material is required for the formation of each branch. The fractal graduated branching structure can then be molded in order to produce replicas.

    摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing a display panel includes an arriving part in which an unfinished display panel is disposed. The apparatus has at least one light transmitting part, a mold which is positioned on the arriving part and which includes at least one alignment key and a pattern forming part, a mold driver which drives the mold, and an alignment sensor which is positioned under the arriving part and which determines whether the display panel and the mold are erroneously aligned through the light transmitting part. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently and accurately pattern a specific material onto the display panel through an imprint lithography process using a pressing mold.
