    摘要: The present invention relates to a free parietal fraction of Propionibacterium acnes and granulosum, obtained by delipidation and controlled crushing of the strain ATCC51277 or DSM20458. Said free fraction is particularly useful as an immunomodulating agent for a series of pathologies, being further characterized in that it has a high inhibitory effect against the symptoms associated with disorders. The fraction obtained can moreover be formulated in pharmaceutical compositions for local topical use, for example in gels.

In the method, the balls have an apparent density of between 2 and 3.5 kg/1, the filling rate of the crushing chamber is greater than or equal to 80%, and preferably greater than or equal to 85%, and the mechanical crushing is carried out continuously by a series of successive passes.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an assay for the determination of a microorganism including a lysing chamber having triangular shaped metallic structures wherein the apexes of two triangles are arranged in alignment and forming a reactive zone for placement of the microorganism and lysing by microwave energy for exposing and isolating a target polynucleotide sequence. The isolated target polynucleotide sequence is introduced to an assay system for contact with polynucleotides which are complimentary to the isolated target polynucleotide sequence. Fluorophore-labeled capture polynucleotides are added for hybridizing to any bound target polynucleotide. Bound target polynucleotides are detected by metal enhanced fluorescence.

    摘要: A method of extracting organelles from cells includes following process. A plurality of cells and a solution are mixed uniformly to obtain a mixture. The mixture is loaded into a container. The container is placed in a milling device comprising a miller and a mechanical power source connected to the miller. The miller is immersed into the mixture within the container. The mixture is milled by the miller to obtain a homogenized mixture, wherein a milling parameter is provided to the milling device, and the mechanical power source drives the miller according to the milling parameter. The homogenized mixture is centrifuged to obtain a supernatant. The supernatant is centrifuged to obtain a precipitate with a plurality of organelles. In the process that the mixture is milled by the miller, at least a part of the miller is kept in the mixture.
