摘要： The pharmaceutical injection device of the present invention comprises a cartridge holder, a main case, a piston, a motor, an opening component, an open/closed detection switch, and a controller. The motor drives the piston in either an insertion direction in which the piston is inserted into a pharmaceutical cartridge, or a pull-out direction in which the piston is pulled out of the pharmaceutical cartridge. The opening component opens the cartridge holder in conjunction with the movement of the piston in the pull-out direction. The open/closed detection switch detects whether the cartridge holder is open or closed. When the open/closed detection switch detects that the cartridge holder is open, the controller controls the motor so as to stop the piston.

The flow regulator comprises a first offset adjuster that puts an exhalation inflow component and an exhalation outflow component in a separated state and performs first offset adjustment of an inflow pressure sensor and an outflow pressure sensor, a voltage difference detector that puts the exhalation inflow component and the exhalation outflow component in a linked state and detects an output voltage difference after the first offset adjustment of the inflow pressure sensor and the outflow pressure sensor, and a second offset adjuster that uses the output voltage difference to perform second offset adjustment of the inflow pressure sensor.

A temperature sensor (B) is provided on one other end side inside the body case, and when measurement is performed by the measurement portion, temperature change amounts in the two end portions are compared using the temperature sensors (A) and (B). Furthermore, a measurement value obtained by the measurement portion is corrected using temperature information from either one of the temperature sensors (A) or (B) that is provided in the end portion on the side where the temperature change is smaller.
