Abstract:
A solid-borne-sound underlay based on a wood-plastics-composite material. A process for production of the solid-borne-sound underlay is also provided. The process involves the step of applying a mixture of wood particles and plastic particles to at least one first conveyor belt with formation of a preliminary web and introduction of the preliminary web into at least one first continuous-flow oven. The process also involves the step of transfer of precompacted preliminary web into at least one twin belt press. The process also involves the step of cooling compacted solid-borne-sound underlay made of wood-plastics-composite material in at least one cooling press.

Abstract:
A method for treating a panel of wood-based material to achieve an adhesive-free surface after a decoration (2) has been printed onto at least an upper side of the panel of wood-based material, is distinguished by the fact that a cellulose-free top layer (3) of melamine resin with mixed-in glass beads (5) is applied to the decoration (2), and this top Layer (8) is dried before a wear-resistant layer (6) is applied to the top layer (8).
Abstract:
Floor panels include: an upper face, a lower face and two pairs of opposite side edges; a base coat layer, a primer layer, at least one decorative layer and a wear-resistant layer are applied at least to a press skin on the upper face; a base coat layer and a counteracting layer are applied to the lower face of the core; the upper face and the lower face of the core have the press skin that arose during pressing; the base coat layer has at least partly penetrated into the press skin on the upper face; the primer layer is arranged between the base coat layer and the decorative layer; the wear-resistant layer contains corundum particles and cellulose fibers; the decorative layer consists of a water-based paint; connecting mechanism and locking mechanism are attached to the side edges in order to connect and lock a plurality of panels without glue.
Abstract:
The invention provides a method and an apparatus for adopting analogue decor templates in decor printing, including the similarity comparison between at least one of 1 to n hyperspectral digital reference images of the analogue decor template and at least one of 1 to n hyperspectral digital actual images of a substrate with decor. A decor-specific profile target is adjusted such that the digital template of the analogue decor template can be output on a substrate by way of an output medium in such a way that the colour deviation between at least one of 1 to n reference images of the analogue decor template and at least one of 1 to n actual images of the substrate with decor is below a specified target value.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for applying a decoration and a surface structure to a carrier material and to a device which is suitable for this. According to the method, a carrier material or at least one decorative paper is printed with a decoration and a file for the surface structure is created from the digital image data of the decoration. Furthermore, at least one layer of resin is applied to the printed carrier material or to at least one overlay. The distribution of the resin is predetermined by the file for the surface structure and is therefore dependent on the printed decoration. At least one resin layer is then pressed with the carrier material using a structured press plate, or at least one overlay, at least one decorative paper and a carrier material are pressed using a structured press plate. In both cases, the structure of the press plate is predetermined by the digital data in the file for the surface structure and is therefore also dependent on the printed decoration. Using the method according to the invention, a surface structure is formed on the carrier material that is synchronous with the applied decoration.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for determining the resin penetration into at least one porous coating material which is pressed with at least one carrier board and at least one resin layer arranged on the carrier board. During the pressing process the resin penetrates or rises into the at least one porous coating material.
